Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- (i)수소화리튬알루미늄과 트리클로로알루미늄을 1:3의 몰비로 반응시키는 단계;(ii)상기 (i)단계 완료 후 트리알킬아민을 첨가하여 클로로알란아민 화합물 제조하는 단계;(iii) 상기 클로로알란아민 화합물에 수소화나트륨보란을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 하이드리도 알루미늄 보로하이드라이드 트리알킬아민 착물(Hydrido aluminum borohydride trialkylamine complexes)의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (i) 및 (ii) 단계에서는 용매로 에테르, 헥산 또는 벤젠 중 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이드리도 알루미늄 보로하이드라이드 트리알킬아민 착물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (ii) 단계의 반응이 완료된 후 감압증류를 통하여 용매를 제거하 다시 용매를 투입하여 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이드리도 알루미늄 보로하이드라이드 트리알킬아민 착물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (iii) 단계의 반응완료 후, 용매제거가 완료되면 2차 여과를 실시하고, 하이드로카본 용매로 재결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이드리드 알루미늄 보로하이드라이드 트리알킬아민 착물의 제조방법.
