Claims (3)
- 비금속 재질의 표면을 금속화하는 방법에 있어서,상기 비금속 재질의 표면에 접착용 수지를 도포한 후, 반 건조상태에서 금속분말을 도포하거나 또는 접착용 수지에 금속분말을 섞어서 도포한 다음, 건조시키는 제1 단계와;상기 제1 단계를 거친 비금속 재질의 표면을 샌드 블라스트 또는 샌드 페이퍼 처리를 통하여 금속분말 입자가 돌출되도록 하는 제2 단계와;상기 제2 단계를 거친 비금속 재질의 표면에 금속 또는 합금 또는 세라믹을 용사하여 금속화하는 제3 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 비금속 재질의 표면을 금속화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비금속 재질의 표면에 무전해 니켈 도금을 행한 다음, 그 위에 금속이나 합금 또는 세라믹을 용사하여 비금속 재질의 표면을 금속화하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 비금속 재질의 가장자리 부분에 금속판 또는 금속링을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비금속 재질의 표면을 금속화하는 방법.
