Claims (1)
- 폴리우레탄 수지를 저비점과 저표면장력을 가지는 유기용제, 상기 유기용제보다 비점이 높고 저표면장력을 가지는 희석제 및 상기 희석제보다 비점이 높고 표면장력이 큰 용해제의 혼합액에 용해시킨 형태의 방염제를 함유한 폴리우레탄 수지 혼합용액을 상기 폴리우레탄 수지혼합용액보다 표면장력이 크고 용해제보다 표면장력이 작은 기재에 캐스트하여, 유기용제, 희석제, 그리고 용해제를 순차적으로 증발시키는 방법으로 건조, 응고시킴으로써 얻어지며, 필름의 앞뒤 양면이 치밀하고, 양면에 직경 0.1㎛ 이상의 미세공을 갖지 않으며, 동 필름의 단면에 있어서도 직경 0.1㎛ 이상의 미세공이 없고, 두께 방향으로 균일한 모노리스 멤브레인으로 이루어진 단열층과;상기 단열층의 상부에 카본블랙, 활성탄, 산화철, 산화티탄, 칼리 온, 탄산칼슘, 수산화알루미늄, 실리카, 활석, 광촉매, 탄소나노튜브 중에서 선택되는 한 종류 이상의 기능성 미립자와 방염제를 함유하는 폴리우레탄수지 조성물을 코팅하고 건조하여 형성된 차광층; 및상기 차광층의 상부에 발포제 및 방염제를 함유한 발포성 폴리우레탄 수지조성물을 캐스트하고, 예비 건조 및 가열 발포함으로써 이루어진 발포 폴리우레탄수지로 된 차음층이 적층되어 단열층의 상부에 차광층과 차음층이 순차로 적층된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열층의 상부에 차광층과 차음층이 순차로 적층된 형태의 다기능성 폴리우레탄 방염 필름.
