Abstract

A method for manufacturing a fruit tray by using the wastepaper is provided to reduce the cost and to save the energy by recycling the wastepaper through a simple manner, and to prevent the fruit from sliding by forming pores inside the tray. Impurities are removed after collecting the wastepaper at a wastepaper collection process. The wastepaper collected at the wastepaper collection process is inputted to a disintegrator, and is disintegrated at a disintegration process(10). The wastepaper disintegrated at the disintegration process is inputted into a mixer filled with the first mixture of water and desiccant, and is stirred to dissolve the disintegrated wastepaper well at a stirring process(20). The wastepaper disintegrated at the stirring process and the second mixture of water and desiccant are inputted into the forming device for forming a fruit tray shape at a forming process(30). The fruit tray is completed by drying for 30-40 minutes at 175-180 degree celsius at a drying process(40). Wax of 3 weight% and a catalyzer aluminum sulfate of 3 weight% are added to the first mixture of 100 weight%.
