According to the invention, after the non-degradable plastic bag or other used plastic garbage is recovered, the degradable additive is added to prepare the plastic environment-friendly bag, and the plastic environment-friendly bag can be degraded in the environment or recovered again after being discarded, so that the environment product is not obviously adversely affected, the secondary utilization of the plastic can be realized, and the plastic environment-friendly bag is suitable for popularization.

Claims (8)
1. A processing method for producing plastic recycle bags by using secondary recycled resources is characterized by comprising the following processing methods:
recycling plastic bags and other plastic products: the method comprises the following steps of (1) recovering non-degradable plastic bags discarded in nature, namely other plastic products, storing the recovered plastic bags at a recovery point, periodically transporting the non-degradable plastic bags at the recovery point, namely plastic wastes of the other plastic products, to a recycling plant of environment-friendly plastic bags;
cleaning and drying the recycled plastic: carrying out primary crushing on the recycled plastic garbage, placing the crushed plastic garbage into an automatic cleaning machine for cleaning, filtering the plastic garbage through a sieve, bringing the plastic garbage into a drying chamber for drying treatment after the cleaning is finished, and placing the plastic garbage into a secondary crushing machine for secondary crushing after the drying is finished;
melting of the recycled plastic: placing the secondarily crushed plastic into a melting chamber, melting the secondarily crushed plastic into molten plastic at high temperature, pouring the molten plastic into a stirring chamber, and keeping the melting temperature of the molten plastic;
re-addition of molten plastic: adding a degradation additive into the molten plastic while the molten plastic is hot, and fully stirring the molten plastic by using a stirring blade after the degradation additive is added until the whole molten plastic forms a uniform pulp flow substance;
preparing plastic bags from mixed plastics: respectively placing the mixed plastics into a film blowing machine to blow a film, blowing a material film after a certain time, cooling and pressing the material film, and adding the cooled and pressed material into a bag making machine according to the size of the plastic environment-friendly bag to be produced to make the plastic environment-friendly bag;
packaging and warehousing: sorting the environment-friendly plastic bags after the manufacture, sorting unformed plastic bags, conveying the formed environment-friendly plastic bags to a folding machine for folding, binding the environment-friendly plastic bags after folding, and warehousing for storage.

The processing method of producing plastic recycle bags from secondary recycling resources as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the recycling step of plastic bags and other plastic products, the non-degradable plastic bags discarded in nature, i.e. other plastic products, are recycled for compensation, specifically, the weight of the recycled plastic bags is weighed to increase the enthusiasm of national recycling and avoid garbage disposal.

The processing method of producing plastic recycle bags using secondary recycling resources as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of washing and drying the recycled plastic, the size of the primary crushed particles is larger than that of the secondary crushed particles, the crushing degree of the secondary crushed particles is 4-6 times of that of the primary crushed particles, in the step, the drying temperature in the drying process is 30-50 ℃, the drying time is at least 6h, and the judgment standard is that no water can be seen on the recycled plastic, specifically according to the volume of the recycled plastic.

The processing method for producing plastic reusable bags using secondary recycling resources as claimed in claim 1, wherein the melting step of the recycled plastic has a melting temperature of 160-190 ℃ and a melting time of at least 3h, specifically, the melting time is increased as appropriate according to the capacity of the recycled plastic.

The processing method for producing the plastic recycle bags by using the secondary recycling resources as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of adding the molten plastic again, the ratio of the plastic waste to the degradation additives is 4:1, and the degradation additives comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: the filling material comprises, by weight, 8-12 parts of natural starch, 2-6 parts of plant fiber and 1-3 parts of filling particles, wherein the natural starch is one or more of potato extracted starch, purple potato extracted starch and glutinous rice extracted starch, and the plant fiber is one or more of rice hull fiber extract, straw fiber extract, wheat straw fiber extract, corn straw fiber extract, cotton straw fiber extract and wood chip fiber extract.
6. The processing method for producing the plastic recycle bags by using the secondary recycling resources as claimed in claim 5, wherein the degradation additives comprise the following raw materials by weight: 10 parts of natural starch, 4 parts of plant fiber and 2 parts of filling particles.

The processing method of producing plastic recycle bags with secondary recycling resources as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of preparing plastic bags from mixed plastics, the temperature of the blown film of the film blowing machine is increased to 215-225 ℃, and the material film is blown out after 45-55 min.

The processing method for producing plastic recycle bags by using secondary recycling resources as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of packaging and warehousing, the temperature of the warehouse is kept at 10-18 ℃ during warehousing and storage, the warehouse is kept clean and tidy, and the molded plastic recycle bags are stored until being sold out of the warehouse, so that other goods are prevented from being stored.
