Claims (4)
- 다수개의 축전지 내부 임피던스 등 중요한 파라미터를 순차적으로 측정할 수 있도록 구성된 축전지 진단장치에 있어서,릴레이수단을 온(ON)하기 위한 신호를 발생하기 전에 릴레이수단의 고장유무를 판단하는 단계;릴레이수단의 고장이 없을 경우에 한해 해당 릴레이수단이 측정수단에 연결되게 하는 단계;상기 연결되어진 릴레이수단을 통해 해당 축전지셀의 특성을 측정하는 단계;연결된 릴레이수단을 옵프(OFF)되게 제어한 후 다음 릴레이수단을 온(ON)하기 전에 다시 릴레이수단의 이상유무를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 릴레이수단 고장 방지방법.
- 축전지 내부 임피던스 또는 컨덕턴스, 온도, 단자전압등을 측정하기 위한 측정회로가 각각의 축전지 셀에 연결되도록 하는 릴레이수단의 이상유무를 판단하는 방법에 있어서,축전지셀의 출력단자 전압파형을 샘플링하는 단계;상기 샘플링된 전압파형의 평균값 또는 실효값을 얻는 단계;상기 평균값 또는 실효값을 소정의 기준치와 비교 판별하여 이상상태를 인지 를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 릴레이수단 고장 방지방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,축전지셀의 특성을 측정하는 단계에서 측정에 필요한 측정신호를 또 다른 릴레이수단을 통해 피측정 축전기에 스위칭하는 단계를 더 포함하는 릴레이수단 고장 방지방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 2항에 있어서,상기 릴레이수단의 이상유무를 판단하는 방법 또는 단계는,측정단계가 개시되면 내부 카운터 n을 0으로 하는 단계;피측정 축전지 출력단 파형을 측정하여 한 주기 동안 전압을 A/D 변환기로 입력하여 저장하고 이를 N 회가 될 때까지 계속하는 단계;상기 저장된 전압파형으로 부터 평균치 또는 실효치를 연산하는 단계; 및 상기 평균치 또는 실효치가 소정의 설정치를 초과하는 지를 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 릴레이수단 고장 방지방법.
