Claims (2)
- FRP 차수판 제작은 촙드스트랜드 매트와 로빙크로스의 유리섬유를 번갈아 섞어가며 불포와 폴리에스테르 수지로 적층하여 제작하고, 다른 하나는 일정한 거리마다 온도변화에 따른 신축을 감안하여 합성구조 신축계수(FRP+P.V.C)가 달린 FRP차수판을 제작하여 하부구조는 지하수, 용출수를 차단하기 위해 설치하고 상부구조는 쓰레기 매립이 완료된 후 빗물이 유입되지 않도록 하기 위해 FRP 차수판을 설치한다. 시공공법은 6각 철근 콘크리트 받침 기초를 박고 그 위에 FRP 차수판을 설치하고 FRP 차수판과의 연결은 FRP로 적층하여 연결부위에서 물이 스며들지 않게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 매립장, 저수지 축조 구조 및 시공공법.
- 청구항 1항에 있어서 6각 철근 콘크리트 받침기둥 제작은 팽이 모양의 몰드안에 철근을 배근하고 콘크리트를 타설하여 제작한다. 6각 철근 콘크리트 받침기둥 설치는 점토 또는 고화제 처리 토사로 매립하고 다진 다음 일정한 간격으로 6각 철근 콘크리트 받침기둥을 박고 그 위에 FRP차수판을 올려놓고 앙카볼트 너트로 6각 철근 콘크리트 받침기둥 중앙에서 고정하고 그 위에 FRP로 적층 마무리 하는 쓰레기 매립장, 저수지 축조 구조 및 시공공법.
