Claims (12)
- C: 0.07 내지 0.18%(질량%의 의미, 이하 동일), Si: 0.05 내지 0.7%, Mn: 1.0 내지 1.7%, sol. Al: 0.005 내지 0.08% 및 N: 0.001 내지 0.008%를 함유하고,Mn 함유량 [Mn]과 C 함유량 [C]의 비가 [Mn]/[C]≤2를 만족하고,하기 수학식 1로 표시되는 CEN 값이 0.23 내지 0.45%의 범위 내에 있고,미크로 조직이, 폴리고날 페라이트상: 65 내지 85면적%, 밴드형상 펄라이트상: 5 내지 20면적%, 페라이트 입계에 존재하는 입상의 템퍼링 마르텐사이트상: 3 내지 15면적%로 구성되고,상기 폴리고날 페라이트상의 평균 원상당 직경이 10 내지 40㎛이고,항복비 YR이 75% 이하이고, 항복 신도가 0.6% 이상인강재.수학식 1CEN=[C]+A(c)ㆍ{[Si]/24+[Mn]/6+[Cu]/15+[Ni]/20+([Cr]+[Mo]+[Nb]+[V])/5}(단, A(c)=0.75+0.25ㆍtanh{20([C]-0.12)}이며, [C], [Si], [Mn], [Cu], [Ni], [Cr], [Mo], [Nb] 및 [V]는 각각 C, Si, Mn, Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo, Nb 및 V의 함유량(질량%)을 나타냄)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수학식 1로 표시되는 CEN 값이 0.23% 이상 0.39% 미만의 범위 내에 있 고, 인장 강도가 490 내지 670MPa인 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Cr: 0.05 내지 0.7%, Mo: 0.03 내지 0.08% 및 V: 0.02 내지 0.08%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 더 포함하는 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Cr: 0.05 내지 0.7%, Mo: 0.03 내지 0.08% 및 V: 0.02 내지 0.08%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 더 포함하고, 상기 수학식 1로 표시되는 CEN 값이 0.39 내지 0.45%의 범위 내에 있고, 인장 강도가 590 내지 740MPa인 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Cu: 0.05 내지 0.5% 및 Ni: 0.05 내지 3.0% 중 적어도 한쪽을 더 함유하는 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ti: 0.002 내지 0.025%를 더 함유하는 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Nb: 0.005 내지 0.040%를 더 함유하는 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ca: 0.0005 내지 0.005%를 더 함유하는 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,희토류 원소: 0.002 내지 0.02%를 더 함유하는 강재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강재를 냉간 성형하여 형성된 냉간 성형 강관으로서, 상기 강재로부터 얻어지는 강판의 판 두께를 t(mm), 강관의 직경 또는 외측 냉간 벤딩부 직경을 d(mm)로 했을 때에, 이것들의 비(t/d)가 0.10 이하인 냉간 성형 부위를 갖는 냉간 성형 강관.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,항복비 YR이 85% 이하인 냉간 성형 강관.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,강관의 축 직각 단면 형상이 원형 또는 각형이며, 냉간 성형된 그대로의 것인 냉간 성형 강관.
