Claims (18)
- 고객 발전장치(5)와 네트웍 모니터링 장치를 구비하고, UPS 시스템 구성을 갖는 백업 전원시스템은 스위치 토폴로지를 특징으로 하며a. 제1 연결노드b. 제2 연결노드(9) 및c. 제3 연결노드를 포함하는데,제1 연결노드는 고객 발전장치(5), 고객 발전장치(5)와 송전선로(1) 사이에 배치된 제1 스위치(411,412)를 포함한 자동 스위치, 및 부하(6)에 연결된 제2 스위치(44)에 연결되며;제2 연결노드(9)는 상기 제2 스위치(44), 송전선로(1)과 부하(6) 사이의 제3 스위치(43), 및 에너지 저장기(71)가 달린 독립 인버터(7)에 연결되는 제4 스위치(45)에 연결되고;제3 연결노드는 상기 제1 스위치(411,412)와 제3 스위치(43)를 송전선로(1)에 연결하며;d. AC 전압을 공급하는 상기 고객 발전장치(5)를 송전선로(1)에 병렬로 연결하고, 송전선로가 고장났을 때 제1 스위치(411,412)를 열기 위해 송전선로 모니터링 장치를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백업 전원시스템(4)의 각각의 부품이 박스나 제어반에 배치 되고, 송전선로(1)과 고객 발전장치(5) 사이에 백업 전원시스템(4)이 연결되도록 스위치(411,412,43,44,45)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 송전선로(1)가 고장났을 때 백업 전원시스템(4)이 송전선로에서 완벽히 독립되게 송전선로(1)에 대한 고객 발전장치(5)의 연결을 조절하기 위한 독립 네트웍 감지기를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고객 발전장치(5) 여러개를 병렬로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 독립 인버터(7) 여러개를 병렬로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자동 스위치(42)에 출력계량기 역할을 하는 제1 계량기(2)를 연결하고, 송전선로(1)과 부하(6) 사이의 제4 스위치(43)에 입력계량기 역할을 하는 제2 계량기(3)를 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회로에 발전기(8)를 추가하기 위한 제5 스위치(46)가 있고, 이 발전기는 고객 발전장치의 발전기와는 다른 것으로서 연소기관 발전기, 구체적으로 디젤발전기를 선호하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고객 발전장치가 DC-AC 인버터가 달린 태양광 발전기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 송전선로가 고장났을 때 스위칭을 조절할 필요가 없도록 인버터(7)의 전압을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 병렬모드와 독립 동작모드 양쪽에서 고객 발전장치의 네트웍 모니터링을 할 수 있도록 백업 전원시스템(4)이 자동 스위치(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 백업 전원시스템(4)이 전송스위치(43), 스위치(44), 송전선로 전압계(47) 및 송전선로 전류계(50)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전송스위치(43)가 2극 스위치로서, 병렬동작에서 독립동작으로 바뀔 때 연결노드(9)의 중립 도체에 연결된 스위치 전극이 송전선로(1)의 중립 도체에 의해 PE로 스위칭되도록 전송스위치의 극을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생산 에너지가 소비량보다 크거나 같기만 하면 독립 동작시 고객 발전장치(5)에서 부하(6)에 완전히 에너지가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백업 전원시스템(4)에 제공된 네트웍 모니터링과 독립 네트웍 감지기능이 수동식이나 능동식으로 중계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 독립 동작중에 부하의 전기회로가 단락되고 연결노드(9)의 전압강하가 일어날 경우, 인버터(7)가 부하 전기회로의 과부하 방지수단을 작동시켜 연결노드(9)의 전압을 복구할 때까지 스위치(45)가 닫혀있는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배터리가 완전히 충전되면, 네트웍 모니터링 외의 모든 기능을 꺼서 에너지를 절감하는 에너지 모드에 인버터가 진입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 송전선로에 전압이 흐르고 인버터가 충전모드로 동작하거나 정지하자마자 스위치(43)가 켜지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백업 전원시스템.
- 제1항에 따른 백업 전원시스템을 작동시키는 방법에 있어서:고객 발전장치(5)를 백업 전원시스템(4)에 데이터 연결하고, 독립동작에서 병렬동작으로 동작모드를 바꾸는 데이터 통신이 가능하도록 하되, 데이터 연결이 실패했을 때 고객 발전장치(5)가 병렬동작으로 바뀌거나 병렬동작을 유지하도록 고객 발전장치의 동작모드(독립동작/병렬동작)의 변환을 설계하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
