Description
Claims (10)
- 압축부 및 모터부가 장착되는 케이스에 설치되어 상기 케이스 내부에 존재하는 냉동기유와 냉매 혼합물의 굴절률을 검출하는 검출부; 및상기 검출부에서 검출한 굴절률에 따라 상기 모터부의 회전을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 압축기의 보호장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검출부는, 상기 케이스의 내부에 설치되는 광원과, 상기 광원에서 방출되는 빛을 반사하는 반사경과, 상기 반사경에서 반사되는 빛의 파장 변화를 계산하는 연산유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광원의 끝단과 상기 반사경은 서로 이격 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 검출부는, 상기 케이스에 주입되는 냉동기유의 한계유면 높이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이스의 하부에 설치되며 상기 제어부의 신호에 의해 작동하는 히터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광원은 광섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 검출부는, 상기 케이스에 연결되어 냉동사이클을 구성하는 응축기의 출구부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호장치.
- 반사경과 광섬유를 이용하여 상기 반사경과 상기 광섬유 사이에 존재하는 냉동기유와 냉매 혼합물의 굴절률을 측정하는 단계; 및상기 굴절률 측정 단계에서 측정된 굴절률을 기준치와 비교하여 모터부의 회전을 제어하는 제어단계;를 포함하는 압축기의 보호방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 굴절률 측정 단계는, 냉동기유와 냉매의 혼합물의 온도를 측정하여 냉동기유와 냉매의 혼합비 및 점도를 계산하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 혼합비 및 점도를 계산하는 단계에서 계산된 냉동기유의 점도가 한계치 보다 작으면 히터를 이용하여 냉동기유의 점도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 보호방법.
