Claims (5)
- 입력되는 전류량 제어 명령에 따라 흐르는 전류량을 조절하여 로렌즈 힘을 발생시켜 자기 패드를 통해 발생되는 자기장의 세기를 통해 도금되어 이송되는 스트립을 구속하여 진동을 억제시키는 전자석;상기 자기 패드와 상기 스트립 간의 간격을 측정하는 갭 센서;초기 설정된 목표이동거리정보에 따라 상기 전자석에 흐르는 전류량을 제어하고, 이후 입력되는 PID(Proportional Integral Differential) 게인 정보에 기초하여 상기 전자석에 흐르는 전류량을 제어하는 PID 제어부; 및상기 갭 센서로부터 측정된 상기 자기 패드와 상기 스트립 간의 간격정보에 기초하여 상기 스트립의 진동 억제에 필요한 상기 PID 제어부의 게인을 제어하기 위한 PID 게인 정보를 산출하고, 상기 산출된 PID 게인 정보에 기초하여 상기 PID 제어부의 게인을 제어하는 자기 동조 피아이디(PID) 제어를 통해 도금 강판의 진동을 제어하기 위한 PID 게인 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 제진 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 PID 게인 제어부는,상기 자기 패드와 상기 스트립 간의 간격정보에 기초하여 상기 스트립의 진 동이 '0'이 되는 조건으로 제어되도록 상기 PID 제어부의 게인을 제어하기 위한 상기 PID 게인 정보 파라미터를 실시간으로 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 제진 장치.
