Claims (6)
- 리플전압을 측정하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 입력단을 통하여 전압 신호가 입력되면, 차동 증폭기가 이를 차동 증폭하는 단계;(b) True RMS Converter가 상기 차동 증폭된 신호에서 직류성분을 나타내는 신호를 추출하는 단계; 및(c) 연산 증폭기가 상기 두 장치에서 출력되는 신호를 이용하여 상기 리플전압 신호를 추출하며, 이를 출력단을 통해 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리플전압 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (c) 단계에서의 상기 연산 증폭기는,(a) 상기 True RMS Converter가 출력하는 신호를 1차 반전시키는 단계;(b) 상기 차동 증폭기가 출력하는 신호와 상기 1차 반전된 신호를 합산하여 2차 반전시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 2차 반전된 신호를 궤환 저항을 이용하여 반전 증폭시키는 단계를 이용하여 상기 리플전압 신호를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리플전압 측정방법.
- 리플전압을 측정하는 회로에 있어서,입력되는 전압 신호를 차동 증폭하는 차동 증폭기;상기 증폭된 신호에서 직류성분을 나타내는 신호를 추출하는 True RMS Converter; 및상기 두 장치에서 출력하는 신호를 이용하여 상기 리플전압 신호를 추출하는 연산 증폭기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리플전압 측정회로.
- 리플전압을 측정하는 회로에 있어서,입력단(260)을 통하여 입력되는 전압 신호를 차동 증폭하는 제1 증폭기(210);상기 제1 증폭기(210)가 출력하는 신호에서 직류성분을 나타내는 신호를 추출하는 True RMS Converter(250);상기 True RMS Converter(250)가 출력하는 신호를 반전시키는 제2 증폭기(220);상기 제1 증폭기(210)와 상기 제2 증폭기(220)가 출력하는 신호를 합산하여 반전시키는 제3 증폭기(230); 및상기 제3 증폭기(230)가 출력하는 신호를 반전 및 증폭하여 출력단(262)을 통해 출력하는 제4 증폭기(240)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리플전압 측정회로.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제4 증폭기(240)는, 궤환 저항과 연결 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리플전압 측정회로.
- 리플전압을 측정하는 장치에 있어서,제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 리플전압 측정회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리플전압 측정장치.
