Claims (8)
- 유기발광소자로 이루어지는 화소 어레이를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치에 있어서,상기 화소 어레이는,상기 기판상에 구비되어, Y방향으로 연장되고, 제 1 신호라인에 연결된 복수의 제 1 전극;상기 제 1 전극 상의 화소영역에 형성된 유기발광층;상기 유기발광층을 사이에 두고 상기 제 1 전극과 교차되어 X방향으로 연장되며, 제 2 신호라인에 양 단부가 교대로 연결된 복수의 제 2 전극;을 포함하여 구성되어, 각 화소는 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극의 교차점에 형성되며,상기 화소 어레이에서,상기 제 2 신호라인이 상기 제 2 전극에 연결되는 측에 있는 제 1 화소들의 Y방향 길이는 L1이고, 상기 제 1 화소들의 X방향으로 반대지점에 있는 제 2 화소들의 Y방향길이는 L2이며, 상기 L1은 상기 L2 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 화소와 상기 제 2 화소 사이에 있는 화소들의 Y방향 길이는 L1에서 L2로 점전적으로 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 애노드 전극이고, 제 2 전극은 캐소드 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 애노드 전극은 산화인듐주석(ITO), 산화인듐아연(IZO), 산화주석(SnO2), 및 산화아연(ZnO)으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 캐소드 전극은 리튬, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 알루미늄-리튬, 칼슘, 마그네슘-인듐, 및 마그네슘-은으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 배선은 데이터라인이고, 제 2 배선은 스캔라인인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소어레이는 각 화소를 서로 절연하여 소정두께의 테두리를 이루는 절연층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소어레이는 상기 제 2 전극과 나란한 방향으로 형성되어 캐소드 전극을 분할하는 격벽을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
