Claims (3)
- 현재의 차속과 브레이크 페달각, 변속단 신호를 토대로 운전자 의지가 반영된 회생제동 토크 생성값을 산출하는 단계와;피드포워드 제어기가 상기 회생제동 토크 생성값과 현재의 차속 및 배터리 최대 충전 파워값을 토대로 최대 회생제동 토크 추출맵을 통해 최대 회생제동 가능 토크를 산출하는 단계와;피드백 제어기가 상기 피드포워드 제어기에서 발생하는 시스템 모델링 에러를 제거하기 위한 보정계수를 산출하고, 산출된 보정계수를 이용하여 상기 최대 회생제동 가능 토크를 보정하는 단계와;보정된 토크값을 고전압 배터리의 최대 충전이 가능한 최종 회생제동 토크값으로 사용하여 회생제동을 실시하는 단계;를 포함하는 전기자동차의 회생제동 제어 방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보정계수의 산출은, HDC 입력단 및 출력단의 전류 제한값, HDC 입력단 및 출력단의 전압 제한값, HDC 입력단 및 출력단의 전류 측정값, 그리고 HDC 입력단 및 출력단의 전압 측정값을 모니터링하여 모니터링되는 상기 값들을 이용해 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 회생제동 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 보정계수의 산출은, 상기 HDC 출력단 전류 측정값과 HDC 출력단 전류 제한값의 오차, 상기 HDC 입력단 전류 측정값과 HDC 입력단 전류 제한값의 오차, 상기 HDC 출력단 전압 측정값과 HDC 출력단 전압 제한값의 오차, 상기 HDC 입력단 전압 측정값과 HDC 입력단 전압 제한값의 오차를 각각 계산하여 각각의 맵을 통해 각 오차에 따른 보정계수를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 회생제동 제어 방법.
