Claims (3)
- 차량 제어기가 차속과 가속페달각, 변속단 신호를 입력받고, 그로부터 모터 토크값을 산출하여 제공하는 단계와;동력분배제어기의 피드백 제어모듈이 모터 제어기의 현재 모터 전류 제한값과 모터 전류값을 실시간으로 모니터링하고, 모니터링된 모터 전류 제한값 및 모터 전류값과, 스택 및 배터리 상태값을 토대로, 최종 모터 전류 제한값 및 토크 보정계수를 산출하여 제공하는 단계와;동력분배제어기의 피드포워드 제어모듈이 차량 제어기가 제공하는 상기 모터 토크값으로부터 차속에 따른 1차 토크값을 산출하고, 상기 1차 토크값으로부터 상기 토크 보정계수가 반영된 최종 모터 토크 지령값을 산출하여 제공하는 단계와;상기 모터 제어기가 최종 모터 전류 제한값 및 최종 모터 토크 지령값을 제공받아 이를 토대로 모터를 구동시키는 단계;를 포함하는 전기 자동차의 모터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피드백 제어모듈은 모니터링된 모터 전류 제한값과 스택 및 배터리 출력 가용량을 토대로 미리 설정된 맵을 통해 상기 최종 모터 전류 제한값을 산출하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 모터 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피드백 제어모듈은 모니터링된 현재의 모터 전류 제한값과 모터 전류값을 토대로 미리 설정된 맵을 통해 상기 토크 보정계수를 산출하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 모터 제어 방법.
