Claims (11)
- 슬롯다이(slot-die) 코터를 이용하여 고분자 기재 표면에 유동성 소재를 코팅하는 공정을 포함하는 필름의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 고분자 기재의 하단인 가이드롤에 전자석을 배치하고,상기 슬롯다이(slot-die) 코터를 이용하여 서로 다른 입경의 금속입자가 함유된 졸(sol)을 고분자 기재표면에 30 ∼ 60 °범위의 경사 조건으로 방출하여서,상기 전자석의 자기장에 의해 상대적으로 평균입경이 큰 금속입자로부터 순차적으로 고분자 기재 표면에 적층되면서 다층구조가 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 졸(sol)은 평균입경이 30 ∼ 50 nm 범위인 이산화티탄이 함유된 광활성용 졸과, 평균입경이 60 ∼ 80 nm 범위인 안티몬-이산화주석이 함유된 적외선 차단용 졸 또는 이등의 혼합용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 졸에는 계면활성제가 추가로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광활성용 졸은 0.5 ∼ 1.5 g/㎤ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 차단용 졸은 비중이 0.5 ∼ 1.8 g/㎤ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 5 ∼ 20 m/min 범위의 이동속도, 길이 5m 범위의 가이드롤에서 건조를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전자석은 600 ∼ 1500 mG 범위의 자기장을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 기재는 폴리에스터(PET), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC) 및 폴리이미드(PI) 중에서 선택된 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름의 제조방법.
- 고분자 기재에, 이산화티탄과 안티몬-이산화주석 또는 이들의 금속 혼합물이 포함된 기능성층이 적층되어 있는 필름으로,상기 고분자 기재 표면에 상대적으로 평균입경이 큰 금속입자부터 순차적으로 적층되어 다층구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오-단열 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 층간의 계면이 불명확하며, 적외선 차단율이 65 ∼ 75%이고, 표면부착력이 40/100 ∼ 100/100 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오-단열 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 층에는 계면활성제가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 방오-단열 필름.
