Claims (16)
- 하기를 포함하는, 탈수소 축합에 의해 중합 및/또는 가교될 수 있는 폴리유기실록산에 기재한 수중유형 에멀젼형의 윤활 조성물:(a) 분자당 둘 이상의 OH 기를 포함하고, 25℃에서 50 ~ 3×106 mPa.s, 바람직하게는 500 ~ 2×106 mPa.s, 더욱 바람직하게는 700 ~ 1.5×106 mPa.s 의 동적 점도를 갖는 하나 이상의 반응성 폴리유기실록산 (A);(b) 분자당 3개 이상의 반응 단위 ≡SiH 를 갖는 하나 이상의 가교제 (B);(c) 하기 성분들의 (공)중합으로 생긴 하나 이상의 유기 중합체 라텍스:- 하기로 형성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체: 스티렌, o-메틸스티렌 및 비닐톨루엔,- 하나 이상의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 단량체, 및- 임의로, 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 모노카르복실산 또는 디카르복실산 단량체;(d) 마이카, 주석 또는 카본 블랙, 바람직하게는 마이카와 같은 하나 이상의 공기 제거제 (D);(e) 하나 이상의 계면 활성제 (E);(f) 임의로, 한 분자내에 서로 동일하거나 상이해도 되는, 실리콘 원자에 연결된 1가 유기 치환체가 알킬, 시클로알킬, 알케닐, 아릴 및 알킬아릴 라디칼로 형성된 군으로부터 선택되는 선형 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체로 이루어지고, 25℃에서, 약 50 ~ 100,000 mPaㆍS의 동적 점도를 갖는 하나 이상의 미반응성 선형 폴리유기실록산 오일 (F).(g) 임의로, 하기로 형성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제 (G): 필름-형성 중합체 증점제, 상보적인 윤활제, 마찰 감소제, 유착제, 습윤 또는 분산제, 미네랄 필러, 소포제, 증점제, 안정제, 산성화제, 살생제 및 항진균제;(h) 임의로, 하나 이상의 탈수소-축합 촉매; 및(i) 물,계면 활성제(들) 및 물은 수중유형 에멀젼을 수득하기에 충분한 양임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기 중합 라텍스 (C) 가 하기 성분들의 중합에 의해 생긴 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:- 하기로 형성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 단량체: 메틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 또는 히드록시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 프로필 또는 히드록시프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 부틸 또는 히드록시부틸(메트)아크릴레이트 및 2-에틸헥실(메트)아크릴레이트;- 스티렌 단량체; 및- 임으로, 하기로 형성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체: 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 유기 중합 라텍스 (C) 가 하기 성분들의 중합에 의해 생긴 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:- 하기로 형성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 단량체: 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트;- 스티렌 단량체; 및- 임의로, 하기로 형성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체: 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 말레산, 푸마르산 및 이타콘산.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 중합체 라텍스는 하기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물:공중합체의 총량에 대한 하기의 중량비를 갖는 스티렌/부틸 아크릴레이트/아크릴산 공중합체:- 스티렌 단량체: 25 ~ 55 중량%;- 부틸 아크릴레이트 단량체: 74.5 ~ 40 중량%; 및- 아크릴산 단량체: 0.5 ~ 5 중량%.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교제 (B)가 하나 이상의 하기 화학식 (II) 의 단위를 갖고 하기 화학식 (III)의 단위로 종결되는 것, 또는 하기 화학식 (II)의 단위로 이루어진 고리형인 것으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으 로 하는 윤활 조성물:[식 중:- 기호 R1 는 동일하거나 상이하고 하기를 나타내고:· 하나 이상의 할로겐, 바람직하게는 불소로 임의 치환된 1 ~ 8의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 선형 또는 분기 알킬 라디칼, 상기 라디칼은 바람직하게는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 옥틸 또는 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필이고,· 임의 치환된 5 ~ 8 의 고리 탄소 원자를 포함하는 시클로 알킬 라디칼, 또는· 임의 치환된 6 ~ 12 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 라디칼, 5 ~ 14 탄소 원자를 포함하는 알킬 부분 및 6 ~ 12 탄소 원자를 포함하는 아릴 부분을 갖는 아르알킬 부분(아릴 부분상에 할로겐, 1 ~ 3 탄소 원자의 알킬 및/또는 알콕실로 임의 치환됨)이고;- 기호 Z'는 유사하거나 상이하고 하기를 나타내고:· 할로겐 라디칼 또는· 분자당 3 개 이상의 기호 Z' 가 H 를 나타내면서, 상기 주어진 R1 과 동일한 의미를 만족하는 기].
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응성 폴리유기실록산 (A) 은 하기 실록실 단위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물:M = [(OH)(R2)2SiO1 /2] 및 D = [R3R4SiO2 /2][식 중:- R2, R3 및 R4 은 하기로 형성된 군으로부터 선택된 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼임: C1-C6 선형 또는 분기 알킬 라디칼 (예를 들어, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸, 이소부틸, t-부틸, n-펜틸 및 n-헥실), C3-C8 시클로알킬 라디칼 (예를 들어, 시클로펜틸 및 시클로헥실), C6-C10 아릴 라디칼 (예를 들어, 페닐 및 나프틸) 및 C6-C15 알킬아릴렌 라디칼 (예를 들어, 톨릴 및 크실릴)].
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응성 폴리유기실록산 (A) 은 α,ω-디히드록시폴리디메틸실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총량에 대해 20 ~ 60중량% 의 물과 0.5 ~ 10중량% 의 계면 활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성분 (a) ~ (i)의 총합의 100 중량부에 대해 하기를 포함하는 윤활 조성물:- 1 ~ 30 중량부, 바람직하게는 3 ~ 15 중량부의 구성분 (a);- 1 ~ 30 중량부의 구성분 (b);- 0.1 ~ 10 중량부의 구성분 (c);- 3 ~ 25 중량부의 구성분 (d);- 0.5 ~ 10 중량부의 구성분 (e);- 0 ~ 30 중량부의 구성분 (f);- 0 ~ 30 중량부의 구성분 (g);- 0 ~ 10 중량부의 구성분 (h); 및- 20 ~ 60 중량부의 구성분 (i).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물로 코팅된 물품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 가열함으로써 수득할 수 있는 물품.
- 공기 또는 반공기식 타이어의 성형 및 가황하기 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물로 그의 외부 표면상을 코팅한 팽창가능한 고무 블래더(bladder).
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 80 ~ 180℃ 의 온도로 블래더를 가열함으로써 수득할 수 있는 팽창가능한 고무 블래더.
- 지면과 접촉하게 되는 이의 외부 접지면을 구성할 요소를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물로 그의 내부 표면상을 코팅한 그린 공기 또는 반공기식 타이어.
- 물품의 윤활을 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 윤활 조성물의 용도.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,공기 또는 반공기식 타이어의 성형 및 가황시, 팽창가능한 고무 가황 블래더의 윤활을 위한, 윤활 조성물의 용도.
