The present invention relates to a carrier structure for an automobile, and more particularly, to form a coupling piece having slit holes penetrating up and down on both sides of the carrier so that the bumper beam and the body side frame are directly coupled, and the bumper beam and the carrier are coupled to the coupling piece. The present invention relates to a carrier breakage prevention structure that is coupled by a slit hole to prevent damage to a carrier while sliding the bumper beam by the slot hole during bumper beam collision.

In general, a bumper of a vehicle is a component that prevents damage to the vehicle body by absorbing a shock during low-speed collision in the front and rear of the vehicle, as shown in Figure 1 is supported by the bumper beam (1) in the rear, the bumper The beam 1 is coupled to the side frame 2 of the vehicle body and the coupling portion A with the carrier 3 therebetween.

When the bumper is impacted, the shock is transmitted from the bumper beam 1 to the vehicle body side frame 2, and the vehicle body side frame 2 is opened to both sides while being mounted on the carrier 3.

Then, when the body side frame 2 opens to both sides, the mounting portion B of the carrier 3 made of steel is also moved from the carrier 3 together to mount the bumper beam 1 and the side frame 2, The carrier 3 will be damaged.

That is, since the bumper beam 1 is installed in the transverse direction with respect to the impact direction, the bumper beam 1 transmits the axial force and the lateral force to the vehicle body side frame 2, and the lateral force transmitted to the vehicle body side frame 2 is the vehicle body side. It is applied to the mounting portion B of the carrier 3 to which the front end of the frame 2 is coupled, and the carrier 3 is severely deformed due to the movement of the mounting portion B, so the carrier 3 must be replaced and the carrier ( Other parts mounted on 3) also had a problem of damage.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to improve the above problems, the present invention forms a coupling piece forming a slit hole penetrated up and down on both sides of the carrier so that the bumper beam and the body side frame is directly coupled, the bumper The beam and the carrier are coupled to each other by the slit holes of the coupling piece, and the object of the present invention is to provide a carrier breakage prevention structure that prevents damage to the carrier while the bumper beam is slid by the slot hole during bumper beam collision.

The present invention for achieving the above object, the coupling piece is formed on both sides of the carrier, the slot hole penetrating in the vertical direction, coupled to the vertical direction through the slot hole of the coupling piece, the vehicle body side frame And a bumper beam directly coupled to the bumper beam, and when the side bumper collides with the bumper beam, the bumper beam is slid by the slot hole to prevent deformation of the carrier.
