Claims (9)
- 금속 케이스의 전지셀 하단에 안전소자 또는 접속부재가 전기적으로 연결되고 그러한 전지셀이 팩 케이스에 장착되는 구조의 전지팩으로서, 상기 전지셀의 하단에는 전기적 접속을 용이하게 하기 위한 금속으로 이루어진 접속부('금속 접속부')가 요철구조로 패턴화되어 형성되어 있고, 상기 안전소자 또는 접속부재에는 상기 패턴화된 요철구조에 대응하는 요철부가 형성되어 있는 구조의 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 접속부는 소정 두께의 금속 박막이 전지셀의 하단에 용접되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 접속부는 소정의 두께의 도금층으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 접속부는 전지팩의 폭 방향으로 배향된 둘 또는 그 이상의 스트립 형태로 패턴화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 케이스는 스테인리스 스틸, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 금속 접속부는 니켈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안전소자는 PTC 소자 또는 퓨즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 니켈 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안전소자 및 접속부재는 용접에 의해 상기 금속 접속부에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 각형 전지셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
