Claims (13)
- 수지층 및 금속층을 포함하는 전지케이스 내부에 전극조립체를 포함하고 있는 전지셀을 단위전지로서 사용하는 전지모듈로서, 상기 단위전지는 전극단자가 위치하는 부위에 상단 실링부를 포함하고 있고, 상기 상단 실링부에 완충부재가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 알루미늄 라미네이트 시트의 파우치형 케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 완충부재는 상단 실링부에 대략 일치하는 길이와 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 완충부재는 천연고무 또는 합성고무로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상단 실링부의 하단면에 접착층이 도포되어 있어, 상단 실링부에 부착된 상태로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단위전지들은 동일 극의 전극단자들이 같은 방향으로 배 향되도록 적층되어 있고, 상기 전극단자에는 체결용 관통구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 체결용 관통구를 연결하는 체결부재가 모듈 케이스에 결합되어 있는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 인접한 단위전지들의 전극단자들을 전기적으로 절연하기 위하여 상기 인접 단위전지들의 전극단자들 사이에 개재되며 상기 관통구에 체결될 수 있는 돌출부가 형성되어 절연성 부재, 및 상기 절연성 부재에 체결되고 상기 절연성 부재에 체결되어 있는 단위전지들의 전극단자들을 직렬 또는 병렬방식에 의해 전기적으로 연결하는 커넥팅 부재를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 체결 돌출부에 전극단자의 관통구보다 작은 내경의 관통구가 또한 형성되어 있고, 단위전지들 사이에 각각 절연성 부재를 개재한 상태에서 단위전지들을 적층하고 상기 체결 돌출부의 관통구에 선상의 체결부재를 삽입하여 상호 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다수의 단위전지들이 적층되는 플레이트와, 전지의 작동을 제어하는 회로부를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 단위전지들의 탑재를 용이하게 할 수 있 도록 단위전지의 크기에 상응하는 수납부가 형성되어 있는 케이스 구조이고, 상기 케이스가 적층된 단위전지들의 상부와 하부를 각각 덮는 분리형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,충방전이 가능한 이차전지인 다수의 단위전지들;상기 단위전지들이 순차적으로 적층되는 상단 수납부를 포함하고 있는 하부 케이스;상기 하부 케이스 상에 적층된 단위전지들의 상단을 덮을 수 있는 하단 수납부를 포함하고 있는 상부 케이스;적층된 단위전지들의 전기적 연결을 행하고, 전지의 전압, 전류 및/또는 온도를 검출하는 센싱 보드 어셈블리를 포함하고 있는 제 1 회로부;상기 제 1 회로부와 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 모듈을 전반적으로 제어하는 메인 보드 어셈블리를 포함하고 있는 제 2 회로부; 및상기 제 2 회로부에 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 과충전, 과방전 및/또는 과전류를 방지하면서 외부 출력단자와 연결되는 제 3 회로부;를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 중첩된 단위전지들 중 최외각의 단위전지와 상부 케이스의 사이에 상기 단위전지의 극판에 평행하게 판상의 고강도 안전부재가 장착 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 적층되는 단위전지들의 사이에는 소정의 두께를 가진 양면 접착부재가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
