Claims (3)
- 인버터 장치로 유도 전동기를 벡터 제어하는 전기차 제어 장치로서,상기 유도 전동기의 q축 전류 I1q, d축 전류 I1d, q축 전압 지령 E1qr, d축 전압 지령 E1dr 및 인버터 각주파수 ωinv를 연산하는 벡터 제어부와,상기 q축 전류 I1q, 상기 d축 전류 I1d, 상기 q축 전압 지령 E1qr, 상기 d축 전압 지령 E1dr 및 상기 인버터 각주파수 ωinv에 기초하여, 상기 유도 전동기의 토크를 연산하는 토크 연산부와,상기 토크 연산부에서 연산된 토크 연산 결과에 기초하여, 미리 설정된 시간폭에 있어서 토크 연산 결과의 최대값과 최소값으로부터 토크 변동폭을 연산하는 토크 변동폭 연산부와,상기 토크 변동폭 연산부에서 연산된 상기 토크 변동폭과 미리 설정된 토크변동폭 기준값을 비교하고, 상기 토크 변동폭이 상기 토크 변동폭 기준값을 넘었을 때에 단선 검지 신호를 출력하는 비교기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 토크 변동폭 연산부에 있어서 미리 설정된 상기 시간폭은 상 전류 주기의 1/2 이상으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 토크 연산부는 상기 q축 전류 I1q, 상기 d축 전류 I1d, 상기 q축 전압 지령 E1qr, 상기 d축 전압 지령 E1dr 및 상기 인버터 각주파수 ωinv를 이용하여, 유도 전동기의 d축 및 q축 1차 자속과 d축 및 q축 2차 전류를 연산하고, 상기 d축 및 q축 1차 자속과 상기 d 및 q축 2차 전류로부터 상기 토크를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차 제어 장치.
