Claims (5)
- 모터와;상기 모터의 출력 샤프트의 상단부에 있고, 그 원주에 설정된 다수의 스크류 보어들을 갖는 상부 뚜껑 새시와;상기 상부 뚜껑 새시에 힌지되고, 상기 모터의 출력 샤프트에 의해 구동되어 축방향 왕복 운동으로 전달되는 세개의 워블 플레이트들(wobble plate;회전 경사판)과;상기 상부 뚜껑 새시에 커버링되고, 그 상부의 중심에 매설된 하나의 고압 밸브와 상기 고압 밸브의 원주 아래 측에 매설된 다수의 저압 밸브들을 갖는 다이아프램 밸브 프레임; 및그 외부 림의 대응하는 양 단부 상에 설계된 입구 포트 및 출구 포트와, 그 내부 측면의 저부에 에워싸이는 사닥다리 홈과, 상기 출구 포트를 갖는 도관으로 관통된 출구 오리피스와 함께 그 내부 측면의 중심에서 상승하는 상기 사닥다리 홈을 향해 직면하는 환형 홈을 갖는 펌프 커버체를 포함하고;상기 환형 홈의 상단부가 상기 다이아프램 밸브 프레임상의 상기 고압 밸브의 외주에 근접하게 가압되므로, 압축실은 상기 환형 홈의 내부 측면과 상기 다이아프램 밸브 프레임 사이에 형성되고, 또한 다수의 저압실은 상기 환형 홈의 외부 측면과 상기 펌프 커버체의 내부 측면을 따라 형성되며,상기 환형 홈의 내향과 직면하는 상기 펌프 커버체의 외부 상부에 톱니모양 으로된 압력 조절 홈에서, 압력 배출 오리피스(orifice)는 상기 환형 홈을 향해 직면하는 그 저부 측면에 천공되고,조절 스크류는 그 단부가 압축 스프링과 배플 럼프(baffle lump)를 일체식으로 갖도록 상기 압력 조절 홈에 삽입되며,상기 압축실, 상기 압력 배출 포트, 상기 통로 튜브, 상기 입구 포트 및 상기 저압실이 폐쇄된 물 순환 루프의 배출 압력을 형성하도록 상기 펌프 커버체의 상기 압력 배출 포트와 상기 입구 포트 사이에 통로 튜브가 연결되는, 정압형 다이아프램 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통로 튜브는 가요성을 갖는 굽힘성 튜브인, 정압형 다이아프램 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 순환하는 버퍼 환형 홈은 상기 압력 조절 홈과 상기 압력 배출 오리피스의 교차지점의 외부 원주에서 상기 압력 배출 오리피스 둘레에 톱니 모향으로 형성되고,상기 순환하는 버퍼 환형 홈과 상기 압력 배출 포트의 측면이 서로 안내되는, 정압형 다이아프램 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통로 튜브는 상기 펌프 커버체와 함께 성형되는 단일 일체식 본체인, 정압형 다이아프램 펌프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 통로 튜브와 상기 입구 포트는 3-방향 매니폴드(T)에 의해 나사체결되는, 정압형 다이아프램 펌프.
