Abstract

本发明涉及一种直饮机用隔膜泵的出水压力板,该板由板体、大吸盘、涨钉等构成,该板呈等边三角型,三角型的三个角处形成三个锅形凹槽,锅形凹槽与相应的隔膜片相配合形成三个低压水腔,其特征在于板体中心设有三角型柱,三角型柱中心开有涨钉孔,以三角型柱为中心的板体上设有凹槽,凹槽外围的板体上开有出水通孔;大吸盘为三条均分径向槽分割成三块花瓣状的圆片,其中心开有与三角型柱与配套的三角型孔;大吸盘通过三角型孔套置在三角型柱上,凸台放置在凹槽内,大吸盘的三块花瓣状圆片覆盖在出水通孔上,涨钉套置在涨钉孔内压住大吸盘,由于本新型的直饮机用隔膜泵密封良好,不会产生失压现象,保证了直饮机的供水,可满足市场要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种直饮机用隔膜泵,特别涉及隔膜泵里的出水压力板。
背景技术
目前,直饮机中使用的隔膜泵使用时间长了会出现压不出水或出水少的现象,出现这种现象,是由于隔膜泵的结构组成和工作原理所致,特别是隔膜泵的出水压力板的组成及结构对此的影响很大。现有的隔膜泵泵头的主要组成构件包括有摆轮、摆轮座、隔膜片、出水压力板、上盖和连接件等,其工作原理是:摆轮与电动机输出轴连接,隔膜片固定在摆轮座上、并与出水压力板水密封搭接,上盖与摆轮座以连接件连接,其间有密封圈水密封。隔膜片为圆角的三角形片状,三角形的三条边同方向弯折成密封密封折边,将隔膜片的两面分为平面和密封折边面,在密封折边面内,又分为三个相互独立的密封区,出水压力板与隔膜片的对接面内,也被分隔成与隔膜片三个密封区相对应的三个低压水腔,出水压力板的另一面中间为高压水腔进水阀座,其为锅形内凹面,并以三条凹槽分为三个区,各区有孔连通低压水腔,高压水腔与低压水腔间装有大吸盘起单向阀作用,橡胶制球冠状的大吸盘在冠上制有三条凸棱,将球冠分隔成三个区,三条凸棱与高压水腔锅形内凹面的三条凹槽配合将整个隔膜泵分隔成相当三个交替工作的柱塞泵,隔膜片的三个密封区与出水压力板组成柱塞腔、小吸盘为进水单向阀,打开靠吸力、复位靠橡胶吸盘自身的弹性及摆头柱塞的压力,大吸盘的对应间隔区为出水单向阀,打开靠水压,复位靠橡胶吸盘自身的弹性及高压腔水的压力,摆轮的三个摆头隔着隔膜片交替摆动相当与三个柱来回抽动实现吸水及压水。
由于大吸盘是个球冠状,在三个密封区轮流受压打开某一区时会使得接下来将要打开的区也受到拉扯而在不到打开时打开部分,还有因三个密封区是靠三条凸棱与出水压力板上出水阀座的三条槽配合来实现密封,凸棱与槽的配合过松则密封不好,过紧则造成复位困难结果都造成密封不良水压下降,另外软胶片制的球冠大吸盘在温度变化时收缩易变形,使得其与阀座密封贴不紧同样造成水压上不去。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是提供一种出水压力板,其上的出水阀座与大吸盘的结构使得各腔之间开闭互不干涉,密封不受温度变化的影响,并且结构简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:该出水压力板由板体、大吸盘、涨钉等构成,该板呈等边三角型,三角型的三个角处形成三个锅形凹槽,锅形凹槽内壁上开有孔,锅形凹槽与锅形的小吸盘相配套,锅形凹槽与相应的隔膜片相配合形成三个低压水腔,在该板的另一面的中心部位,形成一个高压水腔,其特征在于板体中心设有三角型柱,三角型柱中心开有涨钉孔,以三角型柱为中心的板体上设有凹槽,凹槽外围的板体上开有出水通孔;大吸盘为三条均分径向槽分割成三块花瓣状的圆片,其中心开有与三角型柱与配套的三角型孔,绕三角型孔的大吸盘上设有凸台;大吸盘通过三角型孔套置在三角型柱上,凸台放置在凹槽内,大吸盘的三块花瓣状圆片覆盖在出水通孔上,涨钉套置在涨钉孔内压住大吸盘。
所述的圆片为平面圆片,所述的出水阀座与出水吸盘的接触密封面为平面。
如此,大吸盘以径向槽分割成三个相对独立的阀片,以各种结构形式的固定部固定在出水阀座上,其三个阀片轮流受压打开,未到该打开时就不会受到拉扯而在不该打开时打开,且由于是平面状,温度变化不会产生曲率的变化从而变形漏水。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本新型的直饮机用隔膜泵的高压腔密封良好,不会产生失压现象,保证了直饮机正常供水,可满足市场要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详述:如附图所示,出水压力板,由板体1、大吸盘2、涨钉3等构成,该板里等边三角型,三角型的三个角处形成三个锅形凹槽,锅形凹槽内壁上开有孔,锅形凹槽与锅形的小吸盘相配套,锅形凹槽与相应的隔膜片相配合形成三个低压水腔,在该板的另一面的中心部位,形成一个高压水腔,板体1中心设有三角型柱5,三角型柱5中心开有涨钉孔7,以三角型柱5为中心的板体1上设有凹槽6,凹槽6外围的板体1上开有出水通孔4;大吸盘2为三条均分径向槽分割成三块花瓣状的圆片,其中心开有与三角型柱5与配套的三角型孔9,绕三角型孔9的大吸盘2上设有凸台8;大吸盘2通过三角型孔9套置在三角型柱5上,凸台8放置在凹槽6内,大吸盘2的三块花瓣状圆片覆盖在出水通孔4上,涨钉3套置在涨钉孔7内压住大吸盘2。
其实出水大吸盘的各对应瓣片相当于出水单向阀,打开靠水压,复位靠橡胶吸盘子自身的弹性及高压腔水的压力,小吸盘为进水单向阀,打开靠吸力、复位靠橡胶吸盘自身的弹性及摆头柱塞的压力,摆轮的三个摆头隔着隔膜片交替摆动相当与三个柱塞来回抽动实现吸水及压水。由于大吸盘以径向槽分割成三个相对独立的阀片,各阀片的开闭不牵扯到别的阀片,密封良好不失压。
出水阀座与出水大吸盘的接触密封面也不一定为平面,即出水大吸盘的圆片不一定是平面圆片,最关键的是将出水大吸盘以径向槽分割成响应的花瓣状区隔,各区的打开关闭不牵扯到别的区即可;固定柱也不一定为圆柱,只要能固定出水大吸盘并不让其转动别的形状也可。

1.出水压力板,该板由板体(1)、大吸盘(2)、涨钉(3)构成,该板呈等边三角型,三角型的三个角处形成三个锅形凹槽,锅型凹槽内壁上开有孔,锅形凹槽与锅形的小吸盘相配套,锅形凹槽与相应的隔膜片相配合形成三个低压水腔,在该板的另一面的中心部位,形成一个高压水腔,其特征在于:板体(1)中心设有三角型柱(5),三角型柱(5)中心开有涨钉孔(7),以三角型柱(5)为中心的板体(1)上设有凹槽(6),凹槽(6)外围的板体(1)上开有出水通孔(4);大吸盘(2)为三条均分径向槽分割成三块花瓣状的圆片,其中心开有与三角型柱(5)配套的三角型孔(9),在三角型孔(9)的大吸盘(2)上设有凸台(8);大吸盘(2)通过三角型孔(9)套置在三角型柱(5)上,凸台(8)放置在凹槽(6)内,大吸盘(2)的三块花瓣状圆片覆盖在出水通孔(4)上,涨钉(3)套置在涨钉(7)内压住大吸盘(2)。
