Claims (8)
- 양극 호일이 음극 호일에 비해 상대적으로 작은 폭과 길이로서 권취되어 있는 전극조립체로서, 상기 양극 호일의 단부에 대해 음극 호일을 보호하기 위해 그것의 단부 부위에서 양극 호일과 음극 호일 사이에 부착되는 음극 보호 테이프가 상기 음극 호일의 단부에 대략 일치하는 크기로 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 보호 테이프의 상단은 음극 호일의 상단과 동일한 높이이거나 또는 그보다 약간 높게 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 음극 호일의 폭이 약 57 mm 일 때, 상기 음극 보호 테이프의 폭은 이보다 2 ~ 3 mm 정도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 보호 테이프의 부착 길이는 음극 탭의 용접 부위를 도포하는 길이이며, 음극 호일의 단부에 대략 일치하는 길이인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 보호 테이프의 소재는 폴리프로필렌이고, 0.01 내지 0.1 mm의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 보호 테이프는 기재 필름의 일면에 접착층이 코팅되어 있고, 상기 접착층은 기재 필름의 상단 및 하단과 측단으로부터 소정의 거리로 이격된 안쪽면에 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 이격 거리는 4 내지 6 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 젤리-롤형 전극조립체가 원통형의 금속 케이스에 내장되어 있는 이차전지.
