Claims (3)
- 왕복동 내연기관장치의 축계 비틀림진동 및 기관본체 진동을 제어하기 위해 크랭크 배열각을 설정함에 있어서,진동을 제어하고자 하는 내연기관장치의 기술사양, 운전조건, 크랭크 배열각의 초기 값으로부터, 각 실린더의 기진력과 모멘트를 계산하는 단계(100)와;내연기관장치의 진동모드를 계산하는 단계(200)와;제어하고자 하는 진동모드에 대한 각 실린더의 기진력과 모멘트가 행한 일(에너지)을 기진력과 모멘트 벡터에 대해 각각 진동모드 벡터의 스칼라 곱으로 계산하고 진동모드에 대하여 가중치를 도입하여 그 일(에너지)의 총합을 목적함수로 정의하는 단계(300)와;엔진성능 및 베어링 허용하중 등에 따른 제약조건식을 만족하는지 여부를 판정하는 단계(400); 및상기 단계의 제약조건식과 목적함수를 이용하여 진동을 감소시키기 위한 최적의 부등간격 크랭크 배열각을 찾는 단계(500); 를 포함하여 이루어 진 것에 특징이 있는, 진동제어를 위한 왕복동 내연기관의 크랭크 배열각 설계 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 왕복동 내연기관은 다실린더 2행정 직렬형 왕복동 내연기관, 다실린더 4행정 직렬형 내연기관, 다실린더 4행정 브이(V)형 내연기관 중 어느 하나인 것에 특징이 있는, 진동제어를 위한 왕복동 내연기관의 크랭크 배열각 설계 방법.
