Claims (3)
- 적어도 한 개의 플로우 튜브와, 상기 플로우 튜브를 구동하는 구동장치와, 상기 플로우 튜브에 작용하는 코리올리힘에 비례한 위상차를 검출하는 한 쌍의 진동 검출 센서를 구비한 코리올리 유량계로서,상기 구동장치는 상기 플로우 튜브를 3차 모드의 구부림 진동으로 구동하고, 상기 플로우 튜브는 대략 루프 형상의 본체부를 가지며, 상기 본체부의 양단부에는 상기 양단부의 진동 방향에 대해서 대략 직교 방향이고 또한 상기 양단부의 바깥측으로 전향하는 한 쌍의 평행한 다리부를 연성하고, 상기 다리부에는 상기 플로우 튜브를 지지하는 고정단부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 3차 모드 진동식 코리올리 유량계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다리부의 각 고정단부를 동일 평면내의 근접한 위치에 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 3차 모드 진동식 코리올리 유량계.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 본체부의 폭을 W, 상기 본체부의 높이를 H, 상기 다리부의 높이를 ht, 상기 고정단부의 간격이 되는 고정단폭을 w, 상기 본체부의 높이 H와 상기 본체부의 폭 W와의 비를 H/W, 상기 고정단폭 w와 상기 본체부의 폭 W와의 비를 w/W, 상기 다리부의 높이 ht와 상기 본체부의 높이 H와의 비를 ht/H로 하면, (1) 0.03<H/W<1, (2) 0.005<w/W<0.48, (3) 0<ht/H<2.75의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 3차 모드 진동식 코리올리 유량계.
