Claims (4)
- 모터에 의하여 구동되는 가변용량형 유압펌프와 정량형 유압모터가 폐회로 및 일체형으로 작동관로를 이루며 접속되어 병렬배치되어 있고, 상기 작동관로 내부에서 발생하는 작동유의 유량, 압력맥동을 방지하기 위하여 챠징펌프와 체크밸브로 이루어진 챠징관로를 포함하고 있는 트렉터용 유압전동장치(HST)로서, 상기 챠징관로상에는 평상시 개방되어 작동유를 통과시키고 있다가, 상기 유압전동장치(HST)가 고부하로 작동하여 설정압력 이상의 구동압력에 이르면 절환 후 폐쇄되어 상기 작동관로 내부로 흐르는 작동유의 압력을 보상하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고부하 유압전동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바이배스밸브는 작동관로 내부로 흐르는 작동유의 압력이 180 Bar에 이르면 자동으로 절환되어 상기 바이패스밸브를 폐쇄시키는 탄성체를 포함하고 있는 것을 고부하 유압전동장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 탄성체는 고장력 스프링이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고부하 유압전 동장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 바이패스밸브는 평상시 작동유가 통과하는 교축밸브와, 상기 탄성체의 작동에 따라 상기 교축밸브를 개폐시키는 개폐포트가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고부하 유압전동장치.
