Claims (5)
- 본체와, 상기 본체 내부에 수용되는 재료를 가열하여 기체상태로 증발시키기 위한 가열유닛과, 내부를 흐르는 소정의 유체를 통해 상기 재료로부터 증발된 기체가 응축되어 형성되는 나노입자를 상기 본체 외부로 배출하기 위해 상기 본체의 일측을 관통하도록 마련된 유로를 구비하는 나노입자 생성장치에 있어서,상기 가열유닛은 상기 재료에 직접 접한 상태에서 가열하며, 상기 가열유닛을 지지하는 단열재와 점접촉 또는 선접촉하며, 상기 재료로부터 증발되는 기체의 증발방향은 상기 유로의 길이방향과 교차되도록 마련되는 나노입자 생성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유로는 상하방향으로 배치되며, 상기 가열유닛 중 하측부만이 상기 단열재에 지지되는 나노입자 생성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유로 내부를 흐르는 유체가 상기 가열유닛에 직접 접촉하지 않도록 상기 유로와 상기 가열유닛을 구획하는 구획판을 더 포함하는 나노입자 생성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유로는 상기 가열유닛을 중심으로 2개로 분리되며, 상기 가열유닛의 양 측면에는 각각의 유로를 흐르는 유체의 의해 재료가 증발되도록 재료가 안착되는 안착부가 각각 형성된 나노입자 생성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 재료는 상기 안착부에 코팅 또는 소결처리되어 안착되는 나노입자 생성장치.
