- 재활용될 열가소성 플라스틱 물질의 제조를 위한 상기 물질의 둘 이상의 처리 단계(67, 68)(물질의 흐름에 대하여 한 단계가 다른 단계를 뒤따름)를 가지는 장치로서, 각 단계에서 상기 물질이 상부로부터 수취 용기(1, 1', 2) 속으로 도입되고 상기 수취 용기(1, 1', 2)에서 회전 도구(21)에 의해 가열되고 혼합되며 선택적으로는 또한 으깨지고, 이 방법으로 처리된 물질이 방출부재(75)에 의해, 바람직하게는 하나 이상의 스크루(29, 29', 47)에 의해 각 수취 용기로부터 방출되는 장치에 있어서, 배출될 수 있고 마지막 단계의 (배출될 수 있는) 수취 용기에 평행하게 부착되어 있는 둘 이상의 수취 용기(1, 1')가 첫 번째 단계(67) 또는 하나 이상 후속 단계에 존재하고, 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')로부터 마지막 단계의 수취 용기(2)의 교호 배치식 채움을 위한 장치가 제공되며, 선행 단계(67)의 각 수취 용기(1, 1')의 방출부재(75)가 선행 단계(67)의 각 수취 용기(1, 1')를 위해 제공된 차단부재(71)가 있는 채널 속으로 인도되고, 상기 차단부재가 마지막 단계(68)의 수취 용기(2)의 교호 배치식 채움을 위한 장치에 의해 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 채널(3)이 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')의 방출 개구 또는 상기 수취 용기(1, 1')의 방출부재(75)의 출구 개구(76)를 마지막 단계(68)의 수취 용기(2)의 채움 개구(37)에 연결하고, 상기 장치(70)가 마지막 단계 (68)의 수취 용기(2)에 대하여 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')의 교호 폐쇄의 방식으로 차단부재(71)를 제어하는 제어 장치(74)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 차단부재(71)가 슬라이드에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 진공 수문(각각 6 및 56)이 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')의 충전 개구 및/또는 마지막 단계의 수취 용기(2)의 채움 개구(37)에 부착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 채널(3)이 선행 단계(67)와 마지막 단계(68) 사이에 진공 밀봉 전이를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 진공 밀봉 전이가 배출될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평형 장치가 두 단계(67, 68)에 있는 상이한 압력으로 마지막 단계(68)로부터 선행 단계(67)로 물질의 역류를 막기 위해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')의 방출부재(75)가 채널(3)의 별도의 라인(77, 77')을 통해 마지막 단계(68)의 수취 용기(2)의 채움 개구(37)로 인도됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 채널(3) 또는 하나 이상의 라인(77, 77') 또는 채널(3)의 일부 또는 전부 각각이 깔대기 방식으로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 채널(3)이 마지막 단계(68)의 수취 용기(2)의 채움 개구(37)에 흐름에 의해 바람직하게는 공기의 진입에 대항하여 봉인된 운반 장치(97), 및 특히 운반 스크루(85)를 통해 연결되는 하나 이상의 수집 챔버(84, 96)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 운반 장치(97) 및 수집 챔버(96)가 진공 밀봉이고 배추기 장치(9)에 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 운반 장치(97)의 운반 말단(88)이 수취 용기(2)의 채움 개구(37)에 흐름에 의해서 연결된 수집 챔버(96)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 감지기(93, 94)가 채널(3) 및 수집 챔버(84, 96) 각각에서 충전 수준을 감지하기 위해 제공되며, 상기 감지기가 채널(3) 및 수집 챔버(84, 96) 각각에 물질의 전달을 제어함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배출될 수 있는 장치의 성분 중 하나 이상이 보호 가스로 가득차게 됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치에 의해, 재활용될 열가소성 플라스틱 물질을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 마지막 단계(68)의 수취 용기(2)가 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')로부터 교호적 및 가능한한 연속적으로 채워짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')를 마지막 단계(68)의 수취 용기(2) 속으로 점차적으로 비우는 동안에, 선행 단계의 다른 수취 용기(1, 1')가 충전되고/거나 이에 존재하는 물질이 도입되고 요구되는 온도로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1') 및/또는 마지막 단계(68)의 수취 용기(2)가 무게에 따른 측정 방법으로 채워짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')에 있는 물질이 혼합 에너지의 도입에 의해 빠르게 가열되고 그 다음에 감소된 혼합 에너지의 도입에 의해 미리 설정된 온도로 또는 미리 설정된 온도 범위 내에서 각각 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 선행 단계(67)의 수취 용기(1, 1')에 있는 물질이 미리 설정된 체류 기간을 위해 미리 설정된 온도로 또는 미리 설정된 온도 범위 내에서 각각 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
