- 材料の流れの観点で、順々に後に続く少なくとも2個の、熱可塑性の合成樹脂材料用の処理ステージ(67、68)を備え、各ステージでは、前記合成樹脂材料が、上方から収容容器(1、1'、2)に導入され、回転する器具(21)により、収容容器(1、1'、2)内で加熱混合され、こうして処理された前記合成樹脂材料が、取出し部材により取り出される、リサイクル用熱可塑性の合成樹脂材料を製造する装置において、排気可能に構成され、最終ステージ(68)の排気可能な収容容器(2)に対して並列に取り付けられる、少なくとも2個の収容容器(1、1')が、先行ステージ(67)に設けられ、各収容容器(1、1')から最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)に交互にバッチ式に材料供給を行う装置(70)を備え、先行ステージ(67)の各収容容器(1、1')の取出し部材(75)は、先行ステージ(67)の各収容容器(1、1')用に、閉止部材(71)を設けた通路(3)内に通じ、閉止部材(71)は、最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)に交互にバッチ式に材料供給を行う装置(70)により、制御されることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記合成樹脂材料が、回転する器具(21)により粉砕もされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記取出し部材(75)は、少なくとも1本のスクリュ(29、29’、47)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記通路(3)は、先行ステージ(67)の収容容器(1、1')の取出し口(27)、又は先行ステージの収容容器(1、1')の取出し部材(75)の取出口を、最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)の供給口(37)に接続し、前記バッチ式に材料供給を行う装置(70)は、最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)に対して、先行ステージ(67)の収容容器(1、1')を交互に閉止するように、閉止部材(71)を制御する、制御装置(74)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記閉止部材(71)は、スライドで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記先行ステージ(67)の各収容容器(1、1')の供給口、及び/又は最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)の供給口(37)に、減圧仕切部(6及び56)を取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記通路(3)は、前記先行ステージ(67)と前記最終ステージ(68)の間に、気密な減圧状態に維持される移行部を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記気密な減圧状態に維持される移行部は、排気されることができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記2個のステージ(67、68)内での圧力が異なっている場合に、前記最終ステージ(68)から前記先行ステージ(67)へ前記合成樹脂材料が、逆流するのを防止するため、調整装置を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記先行ステージ(67)の収容容器(1、1')の取出し部材(75)は、前記最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)の供給口(37)に、前記通路(3)の個別の経路(77、77')を介して通ずることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3及び5乃至9のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記通路(3)又はその個別の経路(77、77')の少なくとも1個又は通路(3)の少なくとも一部は、漏斗状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記通路(3)は、少なくとも1個の収集室(84、96)を備え、収集室は、流れの観点で、前記最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)の供給口(37)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記収集室(84、96)は、流れの観点で、前記最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)の供給口(37)に、空気の流入を封止された搬送装置(97)を介して、接続されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送装置(97)は、搬送スクリュ(85)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送装置(97)及び前記収集室(96)は、気密な減圧状態にあり、排気装置(9)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送装置(97)の搬送端は、前記最終ステージの収容容器(2)の供給口(37)に流れの観点で接続された収集室に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項13乃至15のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記通路(3)及び前記収集室(84、96)内で供給レベルを検出するために、少なくとも1個のセンサ(93、94)をそれぞれ設け、これらのセンサにより、通路(3)及び収集室(84、96)の各々への前記合成樹脂材料の送出しを制御する、請求項12乃至16のいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ステージは、第1のステージ、第2のステージ及び第3のステージの3個のステージを備え、第1のステージは、予備ステージとして構成され、第2のステージは、前記先行ステージと同様に構成され、第3のステージは、前記最終ステージと同様に構成さることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17にいずれか1に記載の装置。
- 前記最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)は、前記先行ステージ(67)の収容容器(1、1')から、交互に前記合成樹脂材料の供給を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至18のいずれか1に記載の装置によって、リサイクル用熱可塑性の合成樹脂材料を製造する方法。
- 前記最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)は、前記先行ステージ(67)の収容容器(1、1')から、連続的に前記合成樹脂材料の供給を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至18のいずれか1に記載の装置によって、リサイクル用熱可塑性の合成樹脂材料を製造する方法。
- 前記先行ステージ(67)の収容容器(1、1')の一つから前記最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)に中身を徐々に送る際、先行ステージ(67)の他方の収容容器(1、1')は、前記合成樹脂材料の供給を受けることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記先行ステージ(67)の収容容器(1、1')、及び/又は、前記最終ステージ(68)の収容容器(2)は、前記合成樹脂材料の供給量が計量されて供給されることを特徴とする、請求項19乃至21のいずれか1に記載の方法。
