Claims (3)
- 슬립형 리튬 배터리를 이용한 핸드폰용 배터리를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,적정 전압 및 저항을 갖는 셀을 다수개의 슬롯이 형성된 지그(Jig)에 끼워 정렬한 상태에서 상기 각 셀(CELL) 상단의 +/-전극에 노맥스(NOMAX) 테이프를 이용하여 상기 씨엘에이디(CLAD)를 부착하는 셀용접준비단계;상기 씨엘에이디가 부착된 셀을 지정된 지그의 각 슬롯에 끼워 고정한 상태에서 상기 셀 상단에 본딩한 후 극성을 맞춰 피티씨어세이(PCT Ass'y)를 부착하는 피티씨부착단계;상기 각 셀에 피티씨어세이가 부착된 상태의 상기 지그를 용접기의 고정장치에 안착시킨 후, 상기 고정장치 하부의 전·후진장치에 의해 일정간격 이동함과 아울러, 상기 고정장치 상부의 용접장치가 승·하강장치에 의해 승·하강되면서 상기 지그 내부에 끼워진 각 셀 상단의 피티씨어세이를 용접하는 피티씨용접단계;상기 피티씨어세이가 용접된 셀 상단에 탑몰드(TOP MOLD)를 부착하되, 상기 탑몰드는 지정된 지그에 안착된 상태에서 그 부착면에 본딩이 이루어진 후, 상기 용접된 피티씨어세이와 극성을 맞춰 부착하는 탑몰드부착단계;상기 상단부에 탑몰드가 부착된 각 셀을 지정된 지그에 끼워 결합한 후 상기 용접기를 통해 탑몰드 내부에 결합된 피씨엠어세이(PCM Ass'y)의 양측 접속부와 상기 피티씨어세이의 접속부를 스폿(SPOT) 용접하는 피씨엠용접단계;지정된 지그 내부의 각 슬롯에 로우캡(LOW CAP)을 안착시킨 상태에서 상기 각 셀의 저면에 양면테이프를 부착 후 상기 각 슬롯의 로우캡과 결합하는 로우캡부착단계;상기 탑몰드 양측의 스폿 용접부에 사이드캡(SIDE CAP)을 끼워 밀폐시키는 사이드캡조립단계; 및상기 사이드캡의 조립이 완료된 셀을 라벨부착기로 이송시켜 셀공급장치에 의해 일방향으로 일정간격씩 회전되도록 형성된 회전장치에 안착시킨 상태에서 라벨공급장치에 의해 그 표면에 라벨을 부착시킨 후, 상부라벨부착장치에 의해 상부 라벨이 완전히 접착되고 측ㅇ하부라벨부착장치에 의해 양측이 접착됨으로서 상기 각 셀의 외면에 라벨이 감싸지는 상태로 부착하는 라벨부착단계; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탑몰드와 로우캡이 부착된 셀을 프레스 지그에 안착시킨 상태에서 일정한 압력을 가하여 프레싱하는 프레싱단계; 및 상기 프레싱단계를 거친 셀을 치수검사 지그에 결합하여 결합된 높이를 검사하는 치수검사단계; 를 통해 불량을 선별한 후 상기 사이드캡을 조립하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사이드캡이 결합된 셀은 지정된 지그 에 안착시킨 상태에서 상기 셀과 탑몰드의 경계부분에 실리콘테이프를 감싸 고정하는 실리콘테이프부착단계; 및 상기 실리콘테이프가 부착된 탑몰드 상단의 테스트포인트(TEST POINT)에 테스트라벨을 부착하는 테스트라벨부착단계; 를 더 포함한 후 상기 라벨부착을 위한 라벨 부착기로 이송되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 제조방법.
