Claims (3)
- 소재를 가열하는 단계;상기 가열된 소재를 가압하여 투스포인트의 외형을 성형하는 1차외형형단조 단계;상기 1차 성형된 외형의 내부에 상기 투스포인트의 인서트홈을 성형하는 2차내부압출성형단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 굴삭기 버켓의 투스용 투스포인트 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 2차내부압출성형단계에서는 상기 투스포인트 외형의 잠열을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴삭기 버켓의 투스용 투스포인트 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 인서트홈은 맨드렐을 이용한 후방압출에 의해 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴삭기 버켓의 투스용 투스포인트 제조방법.
