Claims (10)
- 타워(4)에 회전 가능하게 장착되고 블레이드가 샤프트에 의해 발전기(3)에 연결된 풍력 터빈(2)과, 타워(4)가 장착되는 플로트(float) 또는 선체 형태의 저부 기부를 포함하는 연안용 풍력 터빈의 사용과 관련된 방법에 있어서,상기 플로트(6)는 자유롭게 부상하고, 앵커 라인, 테더(tether) 또는 링크(7)에 의해 계류되며, 플로트에 대한 파도의 영향의 결과로서, 풍력 터빈(2)의 모션이 모션에 대한 감쇠 기구로서의 작용을 하고, 따라서 파도로부터 에너지를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 사용 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플랫폼의 무게 중심 및/또는 플로트를 해저에 부착하는 테더(7)의 장력을 조정함으로써 상기 풍력 터빈의 공진 주기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 사용 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 플로트(6)에 있는 탱크 내외로 밸러스트(ballast)를 펌핑함으로써, 피치(pitch)에서의 풍력 터빈의 공진 주기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 사용 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플로트(6) 또는 타워(4)에서 액체 또는 고체 밸러스트(ballast)를 수직으로 이동시킴으로써, 상기 공진 주기를 변화시키는 것을 특징으 로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 사용 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 풍력 터빈의 블레이드의 피치를 제어하여, 적절한 감쇠 효과를 달성하고, 파도로부터 에너지를 재차 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 사용 방법.
- 타워(4)에 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 샤프트에 의해 발전기(3)에 연결된 풍력 터빈(2)과, 타워(4)가 장착되는 플로트(6) 형태의 저부 기부를 포함하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 장치에 있어서,상기 플로트(6)는 수직면에서 대체로 자유롭게 이동할 수 있도록 앵커식으로 연결되도록 구성되고, 이에 따라 플로트에 대한 파도의 영향의 결과로서, 풍력 터빈(2)의 모션이 모션에 대한 감쇠 기구로서 작용하도록 구성되고, 따라서 파도로부터 에너지를 추출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 사용 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 풍력 터빈의 공진 주기는, 플랫폼의 무게 중심 및/또는 플로트가 앵커식으로 연결된 테더(7)의 장력을 조정함으로써, 조정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 피치에서의 풍력 터빈의 공진 주기는 밸러스트를 플로트(6)에 있는 탱크 내외로 펌핑함으로써 조정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안 용 풍력 터빈 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 공진 주기는 플로트(6) 또는 타워(4)에서 수직으로 이동되도록 구성된 액체 또는 고체 밸러스트에 의해서 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 장치.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 풍력 터빈의 블레이드는 블레이드 피치를 제어하기 위해 조정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안용 풍력 터빈 사용 장치.
