- 버섯균사체 배양용 배지의 제조방법에 있어서,손바닥 선인장 열매와 손바닥 선인장 줄기를 준비한 후,각각 분쇄하여 분쇄한 손바닥 선인장 열매와 분쇄한 손바닥 선인장 줄기를 1 : 1 ~ 1 : 9의 중량비율로 혼합하여 혼합물 1을 제조한 후,혼합물 1에 혼합물 1의 중량대비 0.01 ~ 10 중량 %의 가시오가피 추출물을 첨가하여 혼합물 2를 제조한 다음,혼합물 2를 120 ℃에서 20 분간 멸균하여 버섯균사체 배양용 배지를 제조하는 것으로 구성된,버섯균사체 배양용 배지의 제조방법.
- 버섯균사체 배양용 배지의 제조방법에 있어서,손바닥 선인장 열매 분말과 손바닥 선인장 줄기 분말을 1 : 1 ~ 1 : 9의 중량비율로 혼합한 다음,혼합한 분말에 분말의 중량대비 90 ~ 99 중량 %의 물을 첨가하여 혼합물 3을 제조한 다음,혼합물 3에 혼합물 3의 중량대비 0.01 ~ 10 중량 %의 가시오가피 추출물을 첨가하는 혼합물 4를 제조한 후,혼합물 4를 120 ℃에서 20 분간 멸균하여 버섯균사체 배양용 배지를 제조하는 것으로 구성된,버섯균사체 배양용 배지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,첨가하는 가시오가피 추출물은,가시오가피 줄기와 가시오가피 뿌리를 준비한 후,각각 동결건조한 후 분쇄하여 중량대비 1 : 1의 비율로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조한 후,혼합물에 혼합물의 중량대비 10 배 중량의 에탄올 용액을 첨가하여 6 시간 동안 추출한 후,감압농축하여 수득한 농축액을 동결건조한 후, 분쇄하여 분말화한 가시오가피 추출물인 것이 특징인,버섯균사체 배양용 배지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된,손바닥 선인장을 이용한 버섯균사체 배양용 배지.
- 제4항의 버섯균사체 배양용 배지를 이용하여,배양한 버섯균사체의 배양물.
- 제5항에 있어서,배양물 내의 손바닥 선인장 점질물이 감소된 것이 특징인,버섯균사체의 배양물.
- 제5항에 있어서,항산화 활성, 항염 활성, 항암 활성, 미백 효과를 나타내는 것이 특징인,생리활성을 갖는 버섯균사체의 배양물.
- 제5항에 있어서,식품첨가제, 음료조성물 중 선택된 1종에 사용되는 것이 특징인,생리활성을 갖는 버섯균사체의 배양물.
