Claims (23)

- 제1항에 있어서, 티로시나아제 돌연변이는 칼넥신에 대한 감소된 친화성을 가지는 것인 폴리펩타이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티로시나아제 돌연변이는 경막 도메인이 결핍된 것인 폴리펩타이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티로시나아제 돌연변이는 서열 번호 1의 폴리뉴클레오타이드 또는 이의 변형체에 의해 코딩되는 것인 폴리펩타이드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티로시나아제 돌연변이는 하나 이상의 글리코실화 부위가 결핍된 것인 폴리펩타이드.
- 소포체 내에 축적할 수 있는 티로시나아제 돌연변이를 포함하는 면역원성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 티로시나아제 돌연변이는 서열 번호 1의 폴리뉴클레오타이드 또는 이의 변형체에 의해 코딩되는 것인 면역원성 조성물.
- 소포체 내에 축적할 수 있는 티로시나아제 돌연변이인 흑색종 항원을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 티로시나아제 돌연변이는 경막 도메인이 결핍된 것인 폴리뉴클레오타이드.

- 티로시나아제 돌연변이를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 포함하는 백신.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리뉴클레오타이드는 서열 번호 1에서 확인된 서열 또는 이의 변형체를 포함하는 것인 백신.
- 티로시나아제 돌연변이를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 숙주 세포.
