Claims (9)
- 높은 온도에서 가황(加黃)되고 25℃에서 500 Paㆍs 이상의 점도를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물(MH)을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법으로서,서로 나란히 직렬로 배열되고, 각각 동일 방향 또는 반대 방향으로 구동될 수 있는 2개의 축 방향으로 평행한 혼련 도구(kneading tool)를 구비하며, 혼련 도구의 축을 가로지르는 개구부(opening)에 의해 서로 연결되어 있는 2개 이상의 혼련 챔버를 가진 혼련 케스케이드(kneading cascade)에서 고점도 오르가노폴리실록산(OH)과 가교결합 첨가제(H)를 혼합하고 균질화하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 혼련 챔버 중 제1 혼련 챔버는 공급용 개구부를 가지고, 마지막 혼련 챔버는 배출용 개구부를 가지며, 가교결합 첨가제(H)가 수용되어 있는 혼련 챔버의 온도는 95℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오르가노폴리실록산(OH) 및 상기 가교결합 첨가제(H), 그리고 필요할 경우, 추가의 첨가제(A)를 일정한 질량비로 혼합하고 균질화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 첨가제(A)가, 가속화제, 억제제, 안정화제, 안료, 컬러 페이스트, 방염제 또는 열전도성 금속 산화물 첨가제, 전기적 성질을 개선하는 물질, 충전제, 오르가노폴리실록산 개질제, 구조 개선제, 공정 조제(processing aid), 분산제, 소수화제(hydrophobicizing agent), 구조파괴제(destructuring agent), 가소화제(plasticizer), 접합제, 열 안정화제 및 산화방지제 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 혼련 캐스케이드가 3∼10개의 혼련 챔버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물(MH)의 충전재 함량이 5∼80 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 오르가노폴리실록산(OH)으로서 분자식이 하기 일반식 (3)에 대응하는 폴리디메틸실록산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법:(ViMe2SiO1 /2)c(ViMeSiO)d(Me2SiO)e(Me3SiO1 /2)f (3),상기 식에서, Vi은 비닐 라디칼이고, Me는 메틸 라디칼이고, c, d, e 및 f는 음이 아닌 정수로서 다음 관계를 만족시킴: c+d≥1, c+f= 2, 1000<(d+e)<9000, 바람직하게는 3000<(d+e)<7000 및 0<(d+1)/(d+e)<1, 바람직하게는 0<(d+1)/(d+e)<0.1.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가교결합 첨가제(H)로서, 알킬 퍼옥사이드, 케탈 퍼옥사이드 및 아로일 퍼옥사이드로부터 선택되는 과산화물 가교결합제를 혼합해 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가교결합 첨가제(H)로서, H-Si 작용기를 가진 실록산, 백금 또는 로듐 촉매 및 억제제를 혼합해 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물(MH)을 상기 마지막 혼련 챔버 이후의 성형 배출기 내부로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물의 연속적 제조 방법.
