Claims (6)
- 저융점섬유가 혼합된 섬유면을 통상의 부직포 제조공법에 따라 카딩하고 성형하여 단섬유 웨브 상태로 공급하고, 그 하부에 멜트블로운 부직포시트를 도입하여 이층구조로 하고 이를 연속하여 니들펀칭하고 열칼렌더링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 기체 필터용 다층 복합부직포의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 섬유면에는 정전기 방지를 위한 금속섬유 또는 탄소섬유가 혼입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 고효율 기체 필터용 다층 복합부직포의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 고효율 기체 필터용 다층 복합부직포.
- 제3항의 복합부직포와 백 필터(Bag filter) 생지부직포를 적층하여 니들펀칭한 후 열칼렌더링하여 제조된 백 필터용 다층 복합부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 복합부직포시트를 다층의 부직포 성형(cross lapping) 단섬유 웨브층 사이에 개재시킨 후 이동시키면서 니들펀칭하고 건조, 열칼렌더링하여 제조된 에어필터용 다층 복합부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 복합부직포시트를 네트지지층 포와 적층한 후 열칼렌더링하여 제조된 네트 플라스틱 제품.
