Claims (20)
- 리튬을 흡수 및 방출할 수 있는 탄소입자 ; 및상기 탄소입자의 내부에 분산되며, 리튬이온을 흡수 및 방출할 수 있는 금속분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소입자는 비정질 탄소로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소입자는 피치(pitch) 또는 코크스(cokes)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소입자는 5 내지 50 ㎛의 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속분말은 Cr, Sn, Si, Al, Mn, Ni, Zn, Co, In, Cd, Bi, Pb, V, 중 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 금속분말은 CrO2, Cr2O3, SnO2, SnO, SiO2, SiO, Al2O3, Al(OH)3, MnO2, Mn2O3, NiO2, NiO, ZnO, CoO, InO3, CdO, Bi2O3, PbO, V2O5 중 해당 금속원소를 포함하는 금속산화물로부터 환원되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속분말은 0.01㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 금속분말은 0.05㎛ 내지 0.5㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속분말은 0.01㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 분말이 적어도 90% 이상 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속분말은 상기 음극활물질 전체 중량의 10 내지 70%로 포함되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 금속분말은 상기 음극활물질 전체 중량의 20 내지 60%로 포함되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 금속산화물 분말과 탄소전구체를 혼합 및 교반하여 혼합물을 만드는 혼합과정:상기 혼합물을 건조하여 고화시키는 건조과정:상기 고화된 혼합물을 소정 크기로 분쇄하여 혼합분말로 만드는 분쇄과정 및상기 혼합분말을 비활성 분위기에서 소성하는 소성과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 금속산화물 분말은 CrO2, Cr2O3, SnO2, SnO, SiO2, SiO, Al2O3, Al(OH)3, MnO2, Mn2O3, NiO2, NiO, ZnO, CoO, InO3, CdO, Bi2O3, PbO, V2O5 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 탄소전구체는 피치(pitch) 또는 코크스(cokes)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 금속산화물은 혼합물 전체 중량에 대하여 10 내지 70%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 건조과정은 적어도 200℃의 온도에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 혼합분말은 5㎛ 내지 50㎛의 크기로 분쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 분쇄과정은 볼 밀, 젯트밀, 아트리션 밀 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 소성온도는 800 내지 1500℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 소정과정에서 비활성 분위기는 질소 또는 아르곤 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 가스에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질 제조방법.
