Claims (9)
- 그룹 헬릭스(1)를 형성하도록 함께 감긴 적어도 두 개의 그룹(P1,P2)을 포함하고, 상기 각 그룹은 적어도 두 개의 서로 꼬인 도체 전선들(FC11,FC12,FC21,FC22)을 포함하는 나선형으로 감긴 전기 케이블에 있어서,상기 그룹 헬릭스의 피치(L1,L2,L3)는 같은 부호를 가진 두 제한값 사이에서 나선형으로 감긴 전기 케이블을 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형으로 감긴 전기 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 추가 그룹 헬릭스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형으로 감긴 전기 케이블.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 그룹 헬릭스는 주기 함수에 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형으로 감긴 전기 케이블.
- 그룹 헬릭스(20)를 형성하도록 각각 두 개의 서로 꼬인 도체 전선들을 포함하는 두 개의 그룹(18a,18b)을 함께 감는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 나선형으로 감긴 전기 케이블의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 그룹은, 같은 부호를 가진 두 제한 속도 사이에서 변화하는 속도로, 상기 그룹 헬릭스의 피치가 같은 부호를 가진 두 제한값 사이에서 케이블을 따라 변하도록 함께 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 두 제한 속도 사이에서 변하는 속도는 상기 두 그룹이 중심선 둘레에 감기는 각속도이고, 상기 중심선은 일정한 선속도로 병진 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 두 제한 속도에서 변화하는 속도는 상기 중심선(9)의 병진 이동의 선속도이고, 상기 두 그룹(18a,18b)은 일정한 각속도로 중심선 둘레에 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 그룹 헬릭스(20)를 형성하도록 두 개의 그룹(18a,18b)을 감기 위한 권선 수단(6)을 포함하는 제6항에 따른 방법을 실행하여 나선형으로 감긴 전기 케이블을 제조하는 장치(11)에 있어서,그룹 헬릭스의 피치를 같은 부호를 가진 두 제한값 사이에서 변화시키는 수단을 더 포함하며, 상기 수단은 각각 상기 권선 수단의 상류 및 하류에 위치한 두 개의 어큐뮬레이터(2,8)를 포함하고, 상기 각 어큐뮬레이터는 중심선(9)의 변하는 길이를 계속 유지할 수 있는 무빙 드럼(16,17)과 각 무빙 드럼의 위치를 제어하는 제어 수단(10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 장치(11).
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 권선 수단(6)의 입구에서 중심선(9)의 강성을 측정하는 수단(7)을 더 포함하고, 상기 강성 측정 수단은 상기 제어 수단(10)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 장치(11).
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 권선 수단(6)은:- 각각 꼬인 도체 전선 그룹(18a,18b) 중 하나를 공급하는 두 개의 릴(21a,21b);- 상기 릴이 세로축을 둘레를 회전하도록 하는 회전 구동 수단;- 각각 꼬인 도체 전선 그룹 중 하나를 수용하는 두 개의 가장자리 개구(23a,23b) 및 중심선을 수용하는 중심 개구(24)를 가진 분배판(5); 및- 상기 분배판의 출구에 배치되는 다이(4);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 장치(11).
