Claims (6)
- (A) 용융흐름지수가 0.3∼10g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 13∼52중량%, (B) 저융점 할로겐계 난연제 30∼50중량%, (C) 난연조제 8∼17중량% 및 (D) 평균입자 크기가 60㎛~1mm 범위인 컬러 마스터배치 10~30중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 컬러수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지는 결정성 폴리프로필렌 단독 중합체, 또는 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸펜텐, 1-헵텐, 1-옥텐 및 1-데센으로 이루어진 그룹에서 하나 이상 선택된 단량체와 프로필렌과의 결정성 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 컬러수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 할로겐계 난연제는 테트라브로모비스페놀 A비스, 헥사브로모사이클로도데칸 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 컬러수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연조제는 삼산화안티몬, 오산화안티몬, 붕소화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 컬러수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컬러 마스터배치는 기본수지 35~79중량%, 착색재료 20~40중량% 및 분산제 1~25중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 컬러수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 중합체, 1차 및 2차 산화방지제, 활제, 슬립제, 스테아릭산 칼슘, 가소제, 열안정제, 광안정제, 동해방지제, 유기 또는 무기안료 및 염료, 및 무기 충전재로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택된 첨가제 0.3∼5.0중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 컬러수지 조성물.
