Claims (4)
- 가열로로 장입하는 압연용 소재의 표면온도를 측정하고, 상기 표면온도를 해당 압연용 소재의 장입온도를 평가할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한, 열전쌍을 이용한 압연용 소재 표면온도 측정 장치에 있어서,압연용 소재의 표면에 부착되어, 그 표면온도를 보열하면서 열전쌍에 그 열을 확산하기 위한 확산판;상기 확산판에 밀착되도록 배치되며, 압연용 소재의 표면온도를 감지하기 위한 상기 열전쌍; 및상기 열전쌍으로부터 데이터를 수신하여, 압연용 소재의 표면온도를 측정하기 위한 온도측정부를 포함하는 열전쌍을 이용한 압연용 소재 표면온도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,압연용 소재가 이송되면, 상기 확산판을 분리하고, 상기 확산판을 다음에 배치된 압연용 소재로 이송하기 위한 이송부를 더 포함하는 열전쌍을 이용한 압연용 소재 표면온도 측정 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 확산판은,상기 열전쌍에 전열하기 위한 구리재질의 구리판; 및상기 구리판을 통한 냉각효과를 방지하기 위한 보열기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전쌍을 이용한 압연용 소재 표면온도 측정 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 열전쌍은,압연용 소재의 접촉부위에서 소정의 간격을 유지하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전쌍을 이용한 압연용 소재 표면온도 측정 장치.
