Claims (2)
- 기판에 부착되어 소자의 구성 요소를 밀폐시키는, 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡에 있어서,실란트가 분배되는 영역(기판의 캡 부착 영역에 부착되는 영역)의 두께가 다른 부분의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실란트 분배 영역은 0.05 내지 0.1mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자용 캡.
