Claims (3)
- 기판 상에 형성된 액티브 영역 및 액티브 영역의 캐소드 전극에 연결된 다수의 스캔 라인을 포함하는 디스플레이 소자에 있어서,액티브 영역의 캐소드 전극에 연결된 각 스캔 라인은 보조 전극층 및 보조 전극층 상에 형성된 ITO층으로 이루어지되, ITO층은 보조 전극층을 외부로 노출시키지 않도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 스캔 라인의 액티브 영역 대응 종단부는 ITO층이 형성되어 있지 않아 보조 전극층이 액티브 영역의 대응 캐소드 전극과 연결되는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 소자는 유기 전계 발광 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
