Abstract
본 진흙 마사지 팩은 화학성분을 전혀 첨가하지 아니하고, 어성초가 함유하고있는 강력한 살균력의 데카노일 아세트알데히트 (decarnoy - acetaldehyde)이라는 물질과 천연 갯벌을 이용하여 마사지 팩을 조제하게 되며, 이 데카노일 아세트알데히트성분은 각종 화농증이나 피부질환에 유효하여, 주로 내, 외 약리 작용으로 알려져 있고, 항생성분과 설파민이 많은 순수한 천연 식물이며, 갯벌 역시 자연 그대로 여러 가지 친환경적 작용을 하는 물질이기 때문에 이들의 물질을 이용하는 것이다. 이러한 성분을 어성초에서 추출해서 개발한 피부관리용 마사지 팩이다. 이 어성초의 식물은 우리나라와 중국, 일본 등지에서 생산되는 식물로서 일반 건강 보조식품으로 개발돼서 음용해 오면서 유통되어 왔으나 최근 이 성분을 분석 발표한 일본인 고스게다쿠오(小管卓夫)박사팀에 의해 항균작용을 나타낸다는 것을 증명하였으며, 설파제보다 4만배나 있는 강한 살균력이 있다고 알려져 있는 어성초와 갯벌을 혼합 가공하여 기능성 마사지를 할 수 있는 피부관리제로 개발 한 것이다.
본 발명을 실현하기 위해 어성초 생초의 잎과 줄기를 채취해서 깨끗이 세척하고 물기를 제거하고, 어성초의 잎과 줄기를 잘게 분쇄하여 강한 추출기(유압식 프레스)에 의해 기름을 짜듯이 압력을 가해 농축액을 뽑아내어 순수한 이 농축액을 섭씨 약 15도의 저온에서 약 15일에서 20일간 발효시키는 단계에 의해 그 농축 발효 액을 생성하게 된다.
이 물질에 갯벌을 채취해서 불순물을 제거한 후 미세하게 분쇄한 후 어성초 발효액 약 75％와 갯벌을 약 25％ 정도를 혼합해서 다시 분쇄기에 의해 잘 섞어 걸죽하게 만들면 이 물질이 바로 진흙 마사지 팩이 된다.
이를 간단히 설명하면, 어성초 농축발효 액에 갯벌(황토)을 잘 섞어서 걸죽하게 하는 단계에 의해 마사지 팩을 생성시키는 것이다.
