Claims (9)
- 하나 이상의 공기/가스 압축 실린더-피스톤 유닛 및 상기 실린더에서 피스톤의 운동을 위해 상기 실린더 또는 실린더들의 상기 피스톤에 연결되는 크랭크 기구를 포함하며, 상기 크랭크 기구는 전기모터에서 로터에 구동적으로 연결되는 피스톤 기관에 있어서,상기 로터(14)와 상기 크랭크 기구(10,12,11;10,39,11) 사이에 커플링(18)을 포함하고, 상기 커플링은 회전에는 강성이지만, 그렇지 않을 경우에는 가요적이어서 설정 및/또는 운동시 각도차 및/또는 축방향 및/또는 방사상 차이를 보완하는 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비틀림 강성이고 가요적인 커플링(18)은,슬리브 본체와,상기 슬리브의 길이에 걸쳐 방사상 방향으로 컷-아웃을 구비하는 슬리브 벽(25)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브 벽(25)의 형상은 상기 슬리브 벽(25)이, 외주에 걸쳐 상호관련하여 분포되며 상기 슬리브의 길이방향으로 줄지어 배치되는 슬리브 벽 슬롯(26,27,28,29,30,31,32,34,35)인 슬롯들 중 하나 이상을 구비하며, 상기 슬롯(26,27)은 외주에 걸쳐 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브의 양 단부들 중 하나는 클램핑 링(36) 또는 샤프트 저널의 형태이며, 상기 슬리브의 양 단부들 중 다른 하나는 샤프트 저널(38) 또는 클램핑 링의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서,상기 샤프트 저널(38)은 길이의 전체 또는 부분에 걸쳐 원추형으로 테이퍼링 되며, 나사 연결을 위한 중앙 통과 개구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로터(14), 상기 커플링(18) 및 상기 크랭크 기구(10,11)는 클램핑 링 커플링에 축방향으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 크랭크 기구의 플라이 휠/평형추(11)는 상기 크랭크 기구의 크랭크 핀(39)에 조여지는(41,42) 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 평형추(11)는 팬 휠(23)을 장착하기 위한 샤프트 저널(24)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 조여진 평형추(11)와 제 2 평형추(12)는 공통 동기화 수단(43,44)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,피스톤 기관.
