Description
Claims (14)
- 석고 및 억제제를 함유하는 성분 A; 및촉진제를 함유하는 성분 B의 혼합물을 포함하며,성분 A 및 성분 B의 적어도 하나가 Tg가 -23 ℃ 미만인 폴리머 바인더를 추가로 포함하는 복합 재료 형성용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 A가 소포제; 계면활성제; 및 pH 조절제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 B가 증량제; 소포제; 계면활성제; 농후제; 및 활성제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 A가 그의 총 중량을 기준으로 60 내지 75 중량%의 석고를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 A가석고 60 내지 75 중량%;억제제 0.1 내지 3 중량%;폴리머 바인더 10 내지 30 중량%; 및소포제, 계면활성제, pH 조절제 및 이들의 배합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 성분 A 첨가제 0 내지 14.9 중량%를 포함하고,성분 B가폴리머 바인더 5 내지 50 중량%;촉진제 1 내지 15 중량%; 및증량제, 소포제, 계면활성제, 농후제, 활성제 및 이들의 배합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 성분 B 첨가제 35 내지 94 중량%를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 착색제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 석고가 황산칼슘 반수화물을 포함하고, 억제제가 수성 폴리카복실레이트를 포함하며, 폴리머 바인더가 아크릴 코폴리머를 포함하고, 촉진제가 황산알루미늄을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 소포제가 폴리실록산을 포함하고, 계면활성제가 비이온성 계면활성제를 포함하며, pH 조절제가 수산화칼슘을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리머 바인더가 아크릴 코폴리머를 포함하고, 증량제가 알루미늄 삼수화물을 포함하며, 소포제가 폴리실록산을 포함하고, 계면활성제가 비 이온성 계면활성제를 포함하며, 농후제가 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로즈를 포함하고, 활성제가 황산알루미늄을 포함하는 조성물.
- 석고 및 억제제를 함유하는 성분 A; 및촉진제를 함유하는 성분 B의 혼합물을 포함하고,성분 A 및 성분 B의 적어도 하나가 폴리머 바인더를 추가로 포함하며,쇼어 D 경도(Shore D hardness)가 70 이하인 복합 재료 형성용 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 성분 A가 소포제; 계면활성제; 및 pH 조절제를 추가로 포함하고, 성분 B가 증량제; 소포제; 계면활성제; 농후제; 및 활성제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 쇼어 D 경도가 50-70인 조성물.
- 석고와 억제제의 제 1 슬러리 혼합물 및 적어도 촉진제의 제 2 슬러리 혼합물(여기에서, 제 1 슬러리 혼합물 및 제 2 슬러리 혼합물의 적어도 하나는 폴리머 바인더를 포함한다)을 제공하고;제 1 슬러리 혼합물과 제 2 슬러리 혼합물을 10:1 내지 1:2의 중량비로 배합하여 연질 복합물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, Tg가 -23 ℃ 미 만인 폴리머 바인더를 포함하는 복합 재료를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 연질 복합물을 경질 복합물과 혼합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
