Claims (3)
- 솔레노이드 구동회로로서,전원부로부터 인가되는 동작 전원에 따라 전류가 흐르거나 차단되어 움직이는 솔레노이드와,상기 솔레노이드로부터 인가되는 전압을 수신받아 솔레노이드로 여기된 전압을 분리시키는 션트 저항과,상기 션트 저항 후단에 연결되어 션트 저항으로 흐르는 솔레노이드 전류를 측정하는 솔레노이드 전류 검출부와,상기 솔레노이드와 션트 저항 사이에 연결되어 상기 솔레노이드의 에러 발생에 따른 전압 변화를 검출하여 솔레노이드 에러를 검출하는 솔레노이드 에러 검출부와,상기 에러 검출부로부터 인가되는 솔레노이드 에러 검출신호와 션트저항을 흐르는 솔레노이드 전류 여부에 따라 솔레노이드 오픈 및 쇼트 에러를 판단하여 솔레노이드로의 전압 인가를 차단시키는 MCU를 포함하는 솔레노이드 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 에러 검출부는,상기 솔레노이드 전압을 제너 전압으로 안정화시켜 출력하는 제너 다이오드 와,상기 제너 다이오드와 MCU로부터의 제어신호를 입력으로 하여 솔레노이드 에러 검출신호를 발생시키는 노아 게이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 구동회로.
- 솔레노이드 에러진단 방법으로서,(a)솔레노이드로부터 인가되는 전압을 측정하는 단계와,(b)측정된 전압을 제너 다이오드로 안정화시켜 솔레노이드 에러 검출신호로 출력시키는 단계와,(c)상기 솔레노이드로부터 인가되는 전류의 션트저항 값을 검출하여 솔레노이드에 흐르는 전류 여부를 검사하는 단계와,(d)상기 솔레노이드 에러 검출신호와 션트저항을 흐르는 솔레노이드 전류 여부에 따라 솔레노이드 오픈 및 쇼트 에러를 판단하여 솔레노이드로의 전압 인가를 차단시키는 단계를 포함하는 솔레노이드 에러진단 방법.
