Claims (5)
- 회전축을 갖는 시험품이 장착되며 베이스에 대하여 승강이 가능한 승강 테이블;상기 시험품의 회전축에 결합하는 제 1 스프로켓;상기 베이스에 대하여 일정한 위치를 유지하도록 설치되는 제 2 스프로켓;상기 제 1 스프로켓과 제 2 스프로켓을 걸어감는 체인; 및상기 제 2 스프로켓과 연결되는 회전하중 인가수단을 포함하는 체인을 구비한 감속기의 성능측정시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전하중 인가수단이 장착되며 상기 베이스에 착탈이 가능한 탈착식 정반을 더 포함하는 체인을 구비한 감속기의 성능측정시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스의 일측에는 상기 승강 테이블의 일측을 승강시켜 축하중을 부여하는 축하중 작용수단이 설치되고 상기 베이스의 타측에는 상기 승강테이블의 수평을 조정하는 승강 테이블 평형수단이 설치되며, 상기 승강 테이블과 상기 베이스의 사이에 축하중 측정수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 체인을 구비한 감속기의 성능측정시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 승강 테이블에 설치되는 축하중 측정수단;상기 회전하중 인가수단에 설치되는 토크 미터; 및상기 축하중 측정수단 및 트크미터에 연결되고 상기 회전하중 인가수단과 승강 테이블의 승강을 제어하는 제어수단을 더 포함하는 체인을 구비한 감속기의 성능측정시스템.
- 회전하중을 인가하기 위한 구동모터를 구비한 회전하중 인가수단;상기 회전하중 인가수단의 위치를 안내하며 고정수단이 체결될 수 있는 가이드부가 형성된 탈착식 정반;시험품이 설치되며 고정수단을 구비한 장착대; 및상기 장착대를 안내하고 상기 고정수단이 체결되는 가이드부와 높이조정수단을 갖는 보조 테이블을 포함하는 감속기의 성능측정시스템.
