Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 시클로메탈화 전이금속 착물:[화학식 1][C^N]n1M[P(Y1)n2(R1)3-n2]3-n1X상기 화학식에서M은 Ru, Rh, Ir, Os, Pt 또는 Au 인 전이금속이고,C^N은 시클로메탈화 리간드이고,n1은 1 또는 2이고,n2는 1 내지 3의 정수이고,Y1 은 하기 화학식 2의 알킬렌 옥사이드이고,[화학식 2]-(OR2)n3OR3여기서 R2는 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬렌이고,R3는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 30의 알킬기, 탄소수 5 내지 14의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 5 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 3 내지 15의 헤테로시클릭기 또는 메타크릴레이트기이고,n3는 1 내지 21의 정수이고,R1는 수소, 알킬, 알키닐, 아릴, 아미노, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아나실, 알콕시카보닐, 아실옥시, 아실아미노, 알콕시카보닐아미노, 아릴옥시카보닐아미노, 설포닐아미노, 설파모일, 카바모일, 아릴티오, 헤테로아릴티오, 설포닐, 설피닐, 우레이도, 인산아미도, 히드록시, 머캡토, 할로겐, 시아노, 설포, 카르복시, 니트로, 히드록사믹산, 헤테로시클릭기, 실릴, 또는 포스피노기이고,X는 Cl, OCN, CN, SCN, P(Ph)2, R'COOH, R'CONH, R'NH, 피라졸, 치환 또는 비치환 알킬, 알콕시 또는 아릴옥시, NR'H, NR'2, OH, SH 및 술폰산기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 기이고,여기서 R'은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 또는 탄소수 5 내지 14의 시클로알킬기, 또는 탄소수 5 내지 14의 아릴기이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시클로메탈화 리간드 C^N은 동일하거나 상이하며, 하기 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 시클로메탈화 전이금속 착물:상기 식에서 Z는 S, O 또는 NR1이고,R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 R6는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, CN, 실릴, 알킬, 아릴, 아릴렌, 아미노, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 헤테로시클릭옥시, 아실, 알콕시카보닐, 아릴옥시카보닐, 아실옥시, 아실아미노, 알콕시카보닐아미노, 아릴옥시카보닐아미 노, 설포닐아미노, 설파모일, 카바모일, 알킬티오, 아릴티오, 헤테로시클릭티오, 설포닐, 설피닐, 우레이도, 인산아미드, 설피노, 히드라지노, 이미노, 헤테로시클릭, 실릴, 실릴옥시, 히드록사민, 니트로, 히드록실, 머캡토, 설포, 카르복실 및 니트로로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 일 수 있으며, R1, R2, R 3, R4, R5 및 R6중 적어도 2 이상은 서로 결합될 수 있다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 M이 Ir(III)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시클로메탈화 전이금속 착물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 400 내지 650 nm 의 영역에서 발광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시클로메탈화 전이금속 착물.
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기막을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기막이 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 시클로메탈화 전이금속 착물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 1종 이상의 고분자 호스트, 고분자 호스트와 저분자 호스트의 혼합물, 저분자 호스트, 및 비발광 고분자 매트릭스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 녹색 발광 물질 또는 적색 발광 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
