Claims (12)
- 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극 및 그 사이에 게재되는 세퍼레이터가 젤리 롤 형태로 권취되어 형성된 전극 조립체가 파우치 케이스에 수납되어 형성된 베어셀을 수용하는 케이스를 구비하는 전지 팩에 있어서,상기 전지 팩의 하부 케이스 면에 보강부재가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 금속 박판인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 스테인레스 스틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전지 팩의 하부 케이스 면에 태그가 구비되며, 상기 보강부재는 상기 하부 케이스와 상기 태그 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 태그는 알루미늄 또는 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 상기 하부 케이스 내측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 접착제에 의해 밀착 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보강부재는 열압착에 의해 밀착 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전지 팩은 상기 하부 케이스와 상부 케이스가 초음파 용접으로 밀착되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전지 팩 케이스는 플라스틱 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극 및 그 사이에 게재되는 세퍼레이터가 젤리 롤 형태로 권취되어 형성된 전극 조립체가 파우치 케이스에 수납되어 형성된 베어셀을 수용하는 케이스를 구비하는 전지 팩에 있어서,상기 전지 팩의 하부 케이스 면에 태그가 부착되며, 상기 태그는 금속박판으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 태그는 스테인레스 스틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지 팩.
